If I could give less than one star I would. The customer service is terrible. I returned the item 3 weeks ago and still no refund. There's no excuse for that. I had ordered the wrong size, but they insisted in a matter of a couple hours it had already shipped so they couldn't stop it. When it arrived, I didn't even open the box and I just returned it. I had to pay for shipping back and now so far I still don't have my $240.

I was nervous about making a larger purchase on something that "may not work" but after spending two days on a bus that was so bumpy, and then went swimming after with no issues I was so happy I bought reliefband. I even was reading on the bus! who am I?!? I never once felt bad. Typically I would have been so sick.
Thank you reliefband. You brought the joy of overseas tours again.
I'll be using this for any long car rides at home too.
Ultimately Exceeded My Expectations
I wanted to share my experience with Reliefband because, while it didn't start out perfectly, the company ultimately exceeded my expectations.
I purchased a Reliefband Premier and unfortunately experienced an issue with the wristband fit that made the device difficult to use properly. After working with customer service and explaining the situation, the Reliefband team took the time to review my case and provided a replacement device.
I'm happy to report that the new band fits perfectly and works exactly as intended. The difference has been night and day, especially during a time when I've been dealing with significant nausea and truly needed the support this device provides.
What impressed me most was the company's willingness to listen, investigate the issue, and stand behind their product. Great customer service isn't about never having problems—it's about how a company responds when problems arise. In my case, Reliefband demonstrated professionalism, fairness, and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction.
Thank you to the Reliefband team for making this right. I greatly appreciate the resolution and can confidently recommend both the product and the company's customer service.

I suffered most of 2025 with migraines…
I suffered most of 2025 with weather related migraines which made me dizzy just walking around, much less riding in a car! My sister told me about Relief Band. I was willing to try anything! Relief Band works!! I only have to turn it onto level 2 to get relief from nausea! My accupuncturist approves and says the medial nerve has been documented for hundreds of years as a nausea relieving pressure point. It feels life a tingle in you hand, ring finger and middle finger. It doesn't hurt but does take a little getting used to. But IT WORKS!!

Cheaply made and overpriced
I bought the sports one directly from their website for an upcoming cruise . I get motion sickness very easily. It broke the first time I used it. I reached out to the company and they told me I was outside the 14 days but can exchange it at my own expense.
For something that cost hundreds of dollars, to break so easily is outrageous. Luckily I backed Dramamine as a back up. I had bought this as alternative to meds and was severely disappointed. I’ve had things from the Dollar store last longer. Save your money and buy literally nothing else.
The sport relief band is not waterproof- simply stop working
The sport reliefband was suppose to be water proof. I was using the relief band for more than 2 years without any problem, but in fact I never tried to use it when swimming. The first time I tried, the relifband stop working immediately, and no charge is possible. I waited more than 6 months to write the review, waiting to see if in fact, after being completely dry, it will start working. Unfortunately it does not.
As I bought this reliefband on line at USA, which was brought to Europe by friend (as this model was not available on 2023 in Europe,) I could not ask a replacement. So if you are planning to use it without water, I can confirm that it helps the seasickness and also reduce anxiety. But clearly it is not water proof

It did nothing to help with my nausea. There was a delay with delivery. Once I got it I tried it out for a few days but it gave me no relief. I asked for a refund and they refused to refund since it was more than 14 days from purchase. I thought I had 30 days so my bad. Complete waste of money. High priced product offering no value at all. Do not recommend.

This works
This works! I was skeptical, but decided to give it a try since we were flying and I get very motion sick. I was honestly amazed that this helped me. I was able to look out the window with no issues at all. It even helped on the elevator, I took it off and forgot to put it back on before going down and could feel myself starting to feel a little queasy, next time I made sure to put it in and had no issues. I highly recommend!
Very disappointed. Love the product but received an unusable Extra large band
My order was placed on Dec 31 and I received the wrong size Samsung band.
I realize Dec 31 is a high volume time since there was a New Year's sale so I understand it taking a little bit longer to fulfill orders but not this long. I just received my order today(Jan 10)I have received things from overseas faster than that. My past relief band orders were fulfilled and shipped very promptly and I always received the correct items. My order shipped right after I contacted customer service about it and they did handle that nicely. The person that resonded was very friendly and professional.
Im not sure what has changed with the company but I can no longer recommend it to fam and friends unless this situation is fixed.
Let me explain some background and why I am so upset. I have severe anxiety, lupus sle and crps along with nerve damage and arthritis. The relief band has been amazing for me,both for nausea and for anxiety-I do not know nor care if it is a placebo effect because it works and I do not care how or why as long as it continues to work. Unfortunately I have unusually tiny wrists. I cant even use my very first relief band-It was the Premier that I originally purchased a long time ago. It worked but was uncomfortable due to my tiny wrists. I ordered the sport and immediately loved it so I gifted the Premier and all was great as long as I kept my gel ordered.
Fast forward to now.
I just got a Samsung watch around Christmas time so I decided to get a Samsung band for my relief band and I wanted a backup sport anyway so I ordered the bundle which was advertised as having the regular size Samsung band. I received the extra large samsung band which I cannot use. It may seem like Im overreacting and maybe I am but Im really upset and disappointed. I have contacted customer service and I will update this review if and when I hear back from them to update my review. Im going to try to order the only regular size Samsung band they have in stock now because I need it faster than I can wait to do the return for this one. I really wish I hated the product itself but I dont. I LOVE it-That's part of the reason Im so disappointed.
Instant relief
I was given a Reliefband by my son-in-law. Honestly, I was pretty skeptical, but the relief from the nausea (unknown cause so far) I had been suffering for close to four months was complete. I am so grateful to have been introduced to Reliefband.
Returned within 10 days.
I have already returned the reliefband. There is no information about appropriate charging the first time from a computer, so when I really needed it, after charging from a normal power cord, it only lasted for an hour. I then charged it from a computer and it lasted longer, but I did not think it made more of a difference for my nausea than other methods. Plus, the band was not very flexible and got caught on my clothing, which was uncomfortable.
The product did not meet expectations…
The product did not meet expectations given its price point. The wristband consistently failed to remain secured, as the latch mechanism proved inadequate. Additionally, the charging cord was notably short, which significantly complicated the charging process. Regarding the refund policy, I believe the current timeframe is insufficient; a 30-day return window from the date of receipt would be more appropriate. These issues collectively led to a one-star rating. I do, however, commend customer service for their efficient processing of my refund.
Broke after 6 uses, 2 years of owning.
After 2 years and 6 total times of use the product doesn’t work. It never fit my wrist correctly, but I have small female wrists. I completed all of the steps the company offers to fix the item and nothing worked. It turns on fine, it charges fine, but there is no connection to vibration. The company told me oh well “you’re out of the 1 year warranty” window. DO NOT BUY ONE.
