I purchased three pairs of jeans from Replay between 2023 and 2025, and unfortunately, all three tore at the back within a short time. I spent around €400 in total and expected much better durability. It seems the quality has declined—they now appear to use cheap, recycled materials that don’t hold up. Very disappointed, especially given the price.
Made an order by accident and cancelled…
Made an order by accident and cancelled it within 5 minutes. The company then sent me cancellation confirmation and then sent me multiple orders in the post. I am currently going through a grievance process with PayPal. Really dodgy business from the Italians, feels like they are struggling for money. Definitely WON'T be buying anything from them again.
Arnaque livraison et service client inexsitant
J’ai commandé un pantalon qui n’a jamais été livré, bien que le colis ait été indiqué comme “livré” et signé… à ma place.
Malgré mes alertes, Replay s’est contenté de rejeter la faute sur son partenaire FedEx, sans proposer de solution ni assumer sa responsabilité en tant que vendeur.
À ce jour, je n’ai reçu ni remboursement ni geste commercial. C’est inacceptable.
Je ne commanderai plus jamais chez Replay.

How the hell are people like those allowed to do any kind of service to customers? They look like they do drugs. They are annoyed when you walk in, they do not want to help you if you ask them any kind of question about sizes of shirts/jeans etc. They instanly tell you that they do not have.
After very bad experience and attitude from personal, when I left one guy who works there, skinny tall tattoed guy followed me and told me to f off multiple times, because I told probably his manager that I am very unsatisfied with his attitude to me.
I will never go to that Replay shop in Budapest.

Jeans ist toll , ohne Frage! Leider riecht die behaltene stark chemisch, daher vor dem Tragen erstmal gewaschen. Habe mehrere zur Auswahl bestellt, Zustellung mit Fedex ohne Problem eigentlich ( bis auf…. Paket einfach abgestellt mit Ware für über 400 Euro!)Aber ich wusste nicht, das die Rückgabe nach Italien auf eigene Kosten geht….. 16,90 DHL! Besser woanders bestellen….. haben ja die meisten Online Händler auch…. Retoure ist noch nicht bearbeitet….. hoffe das klappt reibungslos! Bezahlt mit Klarna.

Don’t Abide By Their Own Terms & Conditions!
Replay sent me a defective item which I had to pay £62 of customs fees to receive. I returned it, they are saying it’s not defective so won’t reimburse the customs fees despite their own terms and conditions saying they would. I asked why they weren’t abiding to their own rules and they refused to answer. Absolute joke. All the emails from them have been incredibly patronising and always avoiding the point.
You may think you’ve got the better of me, Replay, but I am a great believer in karma.

The quality is not great, with poor stitching especially on the fly/zip area.
I had a pair rip/tear near the back pocket ( they are nearly new )
REPLAY not same company it was 30 years ago ( They sold the name)
I will be looking for another brand now.........
Hidden costs
Ordered jeans, took about 3 weeks before I got it and when I finally got then I received a customs invoice for EUR 50 something that was not informed about during purchase. They are breaking Norwegian law by doing this. Stay away!

Molto scorretti , inoltre non stiamo parlando di articoli che costano poco . ATTENZIONE !

IF UK BASED DON'T BUY FROM REPLAY
Like others ordering from the UK have been hit with a £75 customs duty for a £180 order, despite it not saying anywhere on the website that the delivery was not coming from the UK (the pricing is in GBP, and on the delivery note it just says "standard - 2-5 days" - no indication it's coming internationally). I called up Replay to complain and they said there's a banner at checkout that warns on customs duties - whilst on the phone I did a dummy purchase and no banner appeared, so it's lies. You can't return the product either to get the customs duty back (although they would refund the product). You also end up paying VAT twice, both on the online store, and on the customs duty, so they're taking an extra cut. In short, deceitful and unclear - don't buy from here.

Now I’ve been sent £70 bill from fedex, replay are not responding to my messages and I would have never made this purchase if I knew I had to pay a customs tax and that they were coming from abroad.

The worst Brand EVER!
Purchases 2x t-shirts of the same size in different colours when it arrived it was both labelled Medium, in-fact one of them was small size and they put an M label on it , which I couldn’t believe it… when I contacted customer support, after a week they replied that there are 2cm size tolerance in different colours… which was Funny… such a cheap staff and company. AVOID!!!

Genau so, alles was hier steht hab ich 1:1 auch erlebt. Replay und FedEx ist wie Bier mit Schlagsahne. Du wartest ewig. Nein, nicht auf die Lieferung sondern die Phase wenn FedEx eine Partnerspedition einschaltet. Dann ist es nur noch eine Woche bis die Jeans kommt. 32/34 bestellt, 34/32 erhalten…. Kein Rücksendelabel, keine Antwort auf Mails, die Onlineseite nimmt die Bestellnummer nicht… Weltklasse. Zum Glück gibts Paypal. Hab zwar die Zusage aber noch kein Geld von Replay. Lieber Nudeln aus Italien.
