Worst company I ever deal with.
Order a pair of Sneakers, order came 3 weeks later, open parcel and it is empty. Fedex don't take the blame for lost is transit and Replay blame Fedex. They pass me one to another for the last month without any success.
Please avoid ordering directly from them, just go to a third party website.

Wer sich so richtig schön verarschen lassen möchte, bestellt genau hier bei Replay.

Hidden charges when ordered from the uk because they’re shipped from Italy. It’s apparently in the terms and conditions but, should be flagged as you pay, to give you the option to agree or not. Because who in their right mind, would want to pay an additional £76.94 in charges. I will NEVER buy from them ever again. Disgusting practice that can be easily amended on their website to prevent this happening to their customers.

Do not order from Replay if you live in the UK!
I bought a pair of jeans for £140 in their sale, and got stung for £62 customs duties costs as they are shipped from Italy!
Replay state this is advised in the in their terms of sale (which no one reads) so it’s all on the customer.
At no point during the purchase process are you made aware they are being imported, and therefore could be liable for customs costs.
It has ended up costing me more to buy a pair of jeans in their sale than the original RRP!

The worst company I have ever dealt with. Arranged a return by fed ex collection and fed ex never turned up. I them sent them numerous email which they just ignored!!

Avoid

I bought two pairs of replay trousers for a holiday not realising they get shipped from abroad. They sent them out too late and they were not needed anymore as they arrived after I got back.

I’ve messaged and emailed yhem numerous times with no response at all. Hope PayPal can sort it out.

Will never order from Replay again.

Ne commander pas sur le site internet REPLAY. Service client déplorable. pas de dialogue, réponse négative en boucle pour une demande d'échange de taille. Ils viennent de perdre un bon client. C'est inadmissible de nos jours d'être confronter à des réponses toutes faites. Ils feraient mieux de ne pas avoir de service client. REPLAY ne mérite pas la confiance du client.

Ordered 4 items from replayjeans and when package received it only contained 2 of the items. The box the items was sent in was way to small to contain all four items, but they refuse to re-send the missing items. You also have to pay tax and there is no information in regard to this on their website. Avoid at all costs.

Unglaublich frech! Replay arbeitet mit FEDEX zusammen- 4 Termine abgesprochen (4x3 Stunden warten), nie ist jemand erschienen. Die Rücksendekosten mit DHL ( 19 €, 3Tage, dann war die Hose zurück) sollen nun nicht übernommen werden. Ist weitergeleitet zur Verbraucherzentrale weil so nicht rechtlich korrekt. Besser Finger weg von Replay!

Kundendienst funktioniert beim telefonieren aber bei Mails sind die ziemlich taub und blind…also am besten Finger weg - man bekommt auch woanders schöne Sachen - über Replay sicher NIE WIEDER!!!

Dopo aver visitato e acquistato nello store di Firenze ( ottimo,bellissimo) decido di acquistare 4 t-shirt bianche con logo dal sito ufficiale. A poca distanza di tempo e’ arrivato il pacchetto a casa con solo due delle quattro t-shirt.
Aspetto qualche settimana perché nella email ricevuta cera scritto che la merce sarebbe arrivata probabilmente da due magazzini diversi.A quel punto mi decido di scrivere al servizio clienti chiedendo il motivo per cui non avevo ricevuto le restanti due t-shirt, mi e’ stato spiegato che dopo un accurato controllo hanno confermato la spedizione del mio ordine delle 4 t-shirt.
Morale , 78 euro persi cioè il valore delle due t-shirt. Ho 54 anni, mai avuto una esperienza simile, ridicoli . Questo succede quando si ha a che fare con persone oneste.

Awful. Get misled and hit with import tax and then customer service ignore you. Ordered jeans which are defective so now sending back. Basically cost me £50 in tax to end up with nothing. Utter joke of a company

Same issue as most other people. Do not order from the UK, if your order goes over £135 you get stung with import duty (thanks to Brexit). No warning from Replay about this when shopping, I could have easily adjusted the value of the items to stay under this threshold had I known... now I owe Fed Ex £72 making the whole 'black Friday sale' a massive debacle. Don't buy direct from Replay ever!! Buy from a company in the UK.

Kein Retourenlabel, Kosten musste ich tragen 39,00€ weil nach Italien. Schliesslich wurden bei der Rückerstattung über Paypal auch noch der Erstversand abgezogen !! Das allerletzte , nie wieder !

Dont buy jeans from this company.
I only got one pair of jeans of the two I ordered.
Then got sent big bill from Fedex for the taxes and duties from shipment from Italy.
Fedex then pass this onto a dodgy debt collection agency.
Scam Scam.

Ordered jeans from Replay online. Shipping and handling on invoice stated £0.
The delivery company want a payment for duty and taxes as we are no longer in the EU.
Jeans sent from Italy .
Will just keep them as if they are returned I still need to pay this.
Feel ripped off.

Bis jetzt war ich mit Jeans von Replay immer zufrieden.
Doch meine letzten 4 Jeans von Replay waren einfach nur Minderwertige Qualität.
Diese lösen sich an den Nähten auf.
Ich hatte noch nie solch schlechte Qualität bei einer Jeans.
Ich werde mir keine Replay mehr kaufen.
Zu teuer für diese miese Qualität.

Commandé colis chez Replay. Colis bloqué 9 jours en cours de route. Après 9 jours, colis soit disant livré dans mon jardin alors que je n'ai pas de jardin et signé par une personne qui n'était pas moi même.... Ensuite demande de remboursement pour un colis jamais reçu.... C'est à ce moment là que Replay et FedEx se sont renvoyé la balle... Replay affirmant que le colis a été livré car qqun a signé pour réception.... FedEx refusant toute responsabilité et me redirigeant sans cesse vers Replay.... Un cauchemar. Ce n'est qu'après l'intervention de mon avocat que Replay m'a remboursé. Plus jamais, banissez Replay et FedEx !!!

Ich habe zwei Kleidungsstücke retourniert. Replay übernimmt keine Kosten für die retour. Auf dem retour Schein stand, das man auch in einer Replay Filiale die Sachen zurückgeben kann. Ich bin dann zu einem Replay Shop gefahren und die haben mir dann gesagt, das sie nach Italien keine Ware annehmen können die online bestellt worden sind. Daraufhin bin ich zu DHL gefahren und habe die Sachen auf eigene Kosten zurückgeschickt. Mir wurde mit Versicherung 19€ berechnet von DHL. Dann wurde mir nur ein Artikel zurück erstattet. Ich habe mich mit Replay in Verbindung gesetzt und gesagt, dass ich zwei Kleidungsstücke zurückgeschickt habe und nur für ein Kleidungsstück eine Rückerstattung bekommen habe. Replay behauptet das im Warenlager nur ein Kleidungsstück angekommen ist. Dann habe ich mehrfach versucht ihnen klar zu machen dass ich zwei Kleidungsstücke zurück geschickt habe aber Replay beharrt darauf das sie nur ein Kleidungsstück bekommen. Es geht mir ehrlich gesagt nicht um 50€ die mir nicht zurück erstattet wurden aber einfach zu behaupten ich hätte nur eins geschickt ist eine Unverschämtheit.

Ich habe daraufhin Replay geschrieben, das ich nie wieder etwas von ihnen kaufen werde und ich versuche auch alle davor zu warnen dort online etwas zu bestellen.

SCAM!!!
After waiting over a week for my order, iv now been charged £64 import duty. I just hope people read these reviews before they make an order and STOP! You cant get back the duty, even if you return the order. You also cant refuse the delivery. The people on the just repeat the small print back to you. Its a disgrace.
