They hide the fact that you'll get a large shipping bill from Fedex and when you have to return an item that doesn't fit, they charge you CHF32.
Nice jeans but horrendous practises.
Never again, they should be avoided like the plague.

Had another FedEx invoice, 4 months after paying £70 for shipping. I hope Replay read these reviews but doubt it. They should be reported to the ombudsman for false advertising of their products.

Awful, I purchased two t-shirts which ended up being too big for me. So I attempted to return them via their returns portal online and was informed I would have a FedEx courier contact me to arrange a return with them. This never materialised. So I decided to pay for international postage and return them myself. The items arrived in Italy on 6/7/2024 and they haven't moved since they are just waiting at customs for them to collect them, which has now obviously exceeded the return date. So I am not only out of pocket for the t-shirts, I am out of pocket for the delivery which was about £20 per item. When you contact customer service they just ignore you - rude. Anyway I suppose you live and learn, in hindsight I should have looked on here at the reviews.

Katastrophaler Kundenservice, denn es gibt keines! Niemand reagiert auf die EMails auf der Homepage, eine Retoure somit nicht möglich! Werde über Paypal mein Glück versuchen & um mein Geld zurückzubekommen! Finger weg davon!

Similar story to other people. Received two pairs of jeans along with an invoice from Fedex, despite the price I paid including VAT. No response from Replay when I attempted to contact them by email. Eventually, decided I had to pay the Fedex invoice. I have been buying from Replay for over 15 years but I will never do so again. Wish I had taken a look here before making the latest purchase. Avoid.

Habe eine Jeans bestellt, die Ware wurde angeblich durch Hermes zugestellt. Laut Zustellbeleg wurde meine Sendung an der Haustür zugestellt, also auf einer öffentlichen Straße, ich war nicht zu Hause. Als ich nach Hause kam war natürlich kein Paket mehr da.
Laut Kundendienst soll ich mich als Empfänger selbst beim Zustelldienst beschweren und eine Verlustanzeige stellen. Ich habe aber ein Geschäft mit Replay geschlossen und nicht mit Hermes Versand. Die Ware ist futsch, das Geld ist futsch. Verbrecher und Betrüger. Danke Replay und nie wieder. Mafia Methoden.

I ordered 2 pairs of sneakers. Everything went well. The sneakers are in the right size, shipment was fast, if we take into consideration the fact that they came from Italy to the very north of Germany. Luckily, I had not hidden costs like much of these reviews say.

I did a layby at replay Sandton while I was working with 1600...now I lost my job I can't pay it full...instead of going for something lesser they said they can do anything it's not their fault...or I pay it full...my number 0769058814

Ich habe Ware im Wert von 192,50€ bestellt entweder zu klein oder zu groß,nichts passt und sitze jetzt auf die Kosten weil ich es nicht zurückschicken kann... E-Mal zu schreiben funktioniert nicht weil es nach 4 Wörter abbricht... telefonisch kriegt man kein erreicht...
Liebe Leute, bestellt ihr dort und die Ware paßt euch nicht oder ist beschädigt oder sonst was,dann bleibt ihr auf die Kosten sitzen da keine Möglichkeit besteht sie zurück zuschicken oder jemand zu erreichen... ich kann nur von der Seite abraten und warnen... ich werde NIEWIEDER da was bestellen...

Usiłuję zwrócić zamówienie przez stronę i cały czas pojawia mi się informacja że błędnie wpisałam albo numer zamówienia albo swój adres, co jest mało prawdopodobne. Nie odpowiadają na email. Poraz pierwszy spotkałam się z aż tak beznadziejną obsługą. Nie polecam

Oh dear, I wish I read these reviews before ordering a pair of jeans. I didn’t have to pay anything extra for fedex but the jeans were the wrong size. I wish I kept them. Like a muppet I sent them back in the 16th of August and haven’t heard from the company since. Utter scam

Nie wieder!!! Kein Rücksendebegleitschein vorhanden, noch ein Versandetikett. Und dann noch mit FedEx🙈Die Qualität der Jeans ist unzureichend, kein Vergleich zu früher. Selbst reduziert den Preis nicht wert. Kundenservice antwortet nicht auf diverse Mails. Wie gut, dass ich den Mist noch nicht bezahlt habe!

Keine Antwort auf diverse Mails. Rücksendung war nicht möglich, da weder Rücksende-Etikett noch eine Anleitung für FedEx dabei lag. Kundenservice hat auch nach diversen Mails nicht reagiert. Ich muss definitiv vor einer Bestellung dort warnen und abraten!

Terribile servizio clienti dicono 2/5 giorni lavorativi per la consegna , spedizione pagata acquisto effettuato il 10/08/24 oggi 21/08/24 nulla è arrivato , mai più comprerò dal loro sito sottolineo che il jeans che ho acquistato l’ho anche preso ad un prezzo maggiore rispetto ad altri rivenditori , il servizio clienti ti tratta con superficialità e poca professionalità !

Absolute scam - had to pay £70 for Fedex to clear customs - it is not free delivery. If in UK DO NOT buy from Replay, they scam you and never respond to contact. Avoid at all costs. A rip-off.

Avoid at all costs, purchased 2 denim shirts both of which are very thin material, the poppers on the front not even in a straight line on the garment. Insult to injury a FedEx demand has arrived forcing me to pay duty and vat £75 total. They advertise as free shipping. Don't waste your money.

Replay jeans are my all-time favourite - I have five pairs - and yet I have to give the one star rating because of the reason stated by many others, namely that import charges are not declared and I was left with a bill for an extra £70 from FedEX before, ultimately, being threatened with legal proceedings. From the Replay website, it is impossible to get any response despite numerous attempts. Avoid.

Ich gebe Replay Jeans 5 Sterne, weil ich für eine Retoure mein Geld problemlos zurückerhalten habe. Trotzdem hat mir nicht gefallen, dass es eigentlich NULL Kontakt zum Verkäufer gab. Sie haben auf Mails nicht geantwortet, was mir anfangs ziemlich Sorgen gemacht hat. Die beiden Jeans, die ich bestellt habe, waren eigentlich super, nur etwas zu groß und viel zu lang. Ich hätte mir eine Kontaktaufnahme gewünscht bzw. Rückfrage, ob ich vielleicht eine andere Größe haben möchte. Das war leider nicht der Fall. Schade, die Jeans waren toll.
