I bought 1 top for £150 and a week later I recieved a bill from FedEx bill for £65! I could have paid a courier to find one in store for cheaper! I sent multiple emails to this company and got no response. As a person who shops online from websites all around the world. This is the first time that I have recieved a separate bill for delivery. Not worth it!

Made an order for my clothes. Was skeptical after reading the reviews but I wanted replay. 🇮🇹I’m glad I did the clothes are spot on. Not like the trash they sell in shops over here.
Clothes came packaged very well and I cannot fault any part of the experience.

I have had several attempts to purchase a pair of replay jeans as a present to my son to no avail!!!!! What a TRAVESTY!!!! For a luxury site??? They have NO clue for customer help or care! And then THEN to add insult to injury, when I tried to put in my details including my date of birth you ONLY went down to 1954!!! Where as my date of birth is 1951!?!? Do older people have no place to purchase from this "luxury brand" because i do believe that is AGEISM!! And also... Having read the dismal reviews from dissatisfied customers about hidden charges on top of the exorbitant prices you charge!! I would be embarrassed to be so unprofessional and feckeless in managing your own site!!!!

Ich war zwecks der anderen Bewertungen eher skeptisch. Meine Bestellung ist perfekt abgewickelt worden!! Auch die Retoure eines anderen Artikel war kein Problem. Mein Kontakt mit dem Kundendienst war vorbildlich und die Dame war super freundlich!!! Jederzeit wieder!!!!!!

Have sent back two pairs of jeans.
Though they confirmed by email the reception of the two pairs they did only reimburse one pair - even after several complaints. The whole organization, their process, their people are completely uncapable and unfriendly.

Same as everyone else, wish I’d read the reviews first. No mention on the website or invoice of duty charges, I thought, as other people have said it was a UK website. FedEx wanted £64 before they’d deliver. I chatted online and said I won’t pay it so they can return it, they’ve raised it as a case to return to sender. Replay contact form wouldn’t work, I called the number, hung up and they called me back. I told them i wouldn’t pay duty so FedEx won’t deliver and will return the item, they state up to 21 day process. I asked for an email to document and confirm the conversation, which they did send. Luckily I paid via Klarna and have halted further payments. Il’ll await the outcome!

Jag beställde ett par jeans men de fick gå i retur pga passade inte. Valde fel "metod" för retur och det var tydligen helt omöjligt att ändra. Både mailade och ringde deras Cusomer Service (i Italien) men fick uselt bemötande.

I ordered a pair of jeans but had to return them because they didn't fit. I chose the wrong "method" for the return, and it turned out to be impossible to change. I both emailed and called their Customer Service (in Italy) but received terrible service.

Vorsicht!! Bauernfängerei! Auf keinen Fall etwas bestellen. Man bekommt für zurück gesendete Ware kein Geld zurück. Unfreundlich, frech und arrogant.

Il sito è fatto bene e ogni tanto si trovano buone offerte ma far pagare le spese di spedizione fino a 150€ mi sembra fuori da ogni logica.

£180 Jeans lasted 4 months before inner leg ripped. Only worn at weekends in bars and were sized in store I may as well have rented them

Finger weg!!! Rückgaben werden nicht angenommen. Auf die Mails und Kontaktanfragen über das in der Homepage hinterlegte Formular wird nicht reagiert, selbst wenn man alle unterschiedlichen Themen anschreibt. Es bleibt unbeantwortet.
Bei telefonischer Nachfrage, bekommt man arrogante, freche Antworten und wird stumpf angelogen. Leider ist Replay absolut nicht zu empfehlen!!

Steer clear of this online store, absolutely terrible customer service! I ordered a t-shirt and it took a long time for it to be shipped. The item was sent by Fedex and when they finally showed up at my door with the order, the box had already been opened and the item was missing. I contacted Fedex who told me to contact Replay. They could not help me and told me to contact Fedex again. Now I have paid for an expensive t-shirt that I have not received, in addition to having to pay an expensive customs and VAT bill. Never shopping at this store again.

Vorsicht, Vorsicht, Vorsicht, nur weil ich paar Tage über den 14 Tagen Rückgaberecht war, hat Replay die Rückgabe nicht akzeptiert, obwohl ich über 2.000€ bestellt habe und nur 600 € zurückschicken wollte und bis heute schon paar tausend € bei Replay ausgegeben hab

Bought a pair of Replay jeans - free delivery from Italy advertised - weeks later I received a FedEx bill for ‘disinbursment fee, original duty, original VAT’.for £67.85. There’s no way I would have bought jeans if I knew this. It’s a dirty trick - both companies should be transparent about this.

Je commande sur le site Replay depuis 2016 sans avoir eu aucun problème, je connais mes tailles vu que j'ai testé les vêtements d'abord en Magasin avant de passer commande sur le site qui a plus de choix de taille L & W, j'ai été amené à contacté le service client par email et par téléphone à chaque fois j'ai eu des réponses, au téléphone la personne parlait Français !

Je comprends pas trop les avis négatif sur les achats sur le site de Replay.

Pour la livraison c'est bien du Fedex et je me fais livré au bureau ce qui me pose aucun problème et j'ai jamais eu de vol de colis !

Depuis 2016 je ne jure que par cette marque avec des pièces uniques qui sont de qualité et durable !

Il est également possible de commander et se faire livrer directement au Magasin ! Avec l'avantage d'essayer et si la taille va pas de retourner directement par le Magasin Replay.

Kundenservice antwortet seit Wochen nicht wegen defekter Benni nach nicht mal einem Jahr Nutzung. Die UVP liegt bei 160T€uro. Da kann man schon eine längere Nutzung erwarten.
Jetzt ist es nur noch ein teurer Putzlumpen.
