Do not use! I have had a bill for £127 for import duties. Website clearly states free delivery to the UK. I have tried to contact someone in Replay but have not had any luck.

Katastrophe, obwohl auf der Internetseite steht das Replay die Retourekosten trägt war kein Rücksendeetikett dabei und in der Mail der Anmeldung der Retoure war auch keins angehängt. Auf meine Mails bekomme ich keine Antwort und werde wohl auf der Retoure sitzenbleiben in der Hoffnung das ich die Rückerstattung bekomme

Purchased 3 pairs of jeans online (because they didn't have my size in the London store). At no point of the online purchase journey was I advised I would be liable for duty and tax charges. Email confirmation clearly states delivery and charges at FOC.
Received email from Fedex stating I was liable for £138 import charges - which I had no option but to pay in order to receive my jeans.
Emailed replay - and have received no response.

Made a order for for a pair of jeans, I ordered same replay style and size as I usually wear, came up massive, emailed Replay, after 2 months of repeatedly emailing, replied today, to say I can't return as passed 15 days, and the sizing can vary from time to time
Waste of time and money, and terrible customer service 🙁

Ho acquistato un paio di stivaletti a fine novembre, oggi mi sono accorto che su entrambe le calzature c'è uno spacco, sono praticamente da buttare, non esiste nessun servizio clienti sul loro sito, prima e ultima volta che acquisto un loro prodotto, stivaletti scadenti

How can a major retailer scam like this! Looks like you're ordering from a UK site, paying in gbp but they send from Italy and you get stung for vat/duty charges in top of the price paid. (which makes it much more expensive than just walking into a replay store in the UK)

I have been a loyal customer for years and have always purchased jeans in store but this time I bought two pairs of jeans online on their website and they indicated 3-5 days for delivery. After two weeks the jeans did not arrive, I called customer service and they told me that they had been delivered to the indicated address. I replied that they hadn't arrived and they told me that there was nothing they could do and that according to their purchase conditions I should have been found there upon delivery and it was my fault that they hadn't arrived!!! I cannot believe it!

Retour wird einem sehr erschwert. Rücksendung nur über fedex. Man kann niemanden dort erreichen und kein zeitfenster ermitteln, müsste mir also Urlaub nehmen, um den ganzen Tag daheim zu bleiben. Nicht machbar. Habe die Hose, welche zu groß und zu lang ist behalten, um mir weiteren Ärger zu ersparen

Please avoid. There is literally no transparency with this company. The jeans I bought were shipped from Italy and I was charged £65 to return them.
Please do not buy from this company. The customer service is atrocious.

Ganz kompliziertes und langsames Retourverfahren. Muss noch Zoll bezahlen für Retour - 43,95 sfr. Das finde ich eine totale Frechheit und werde nie wieder bei Replay.com bestellen. Kein anderer Onlineshop hat bisher sowas gemacht.

Bloß nicht bestellen! Der Onlineshop arbeitet ausschließlich mit FedEx zusammen und das ist eine Katastrophe. Retoure wird nicht abgeholt, egal wie oft man es versucht. Angeblich wird man nicht angetroffen. Kundenservice bei FedEx kann man sich auch schenken. Replay reagiert auch nicht auf Anfragen.

Was sent a customs bill for £274 for some jeans I bought, was completely unaware they would ship from outside the UK and charge me as the customer will never use this company ever again!

NE COMMANDEZ PAS SUR LE SITE DE REPLAY !!!Service client DEPLORABLE !!! Colis volé, la marque ne veut rien rembourser (malgré toutes les reclamations) sous prétexte que quelqu’un a signé pour la livraison (sans autorisation de livraison à un tiers, j’avais demandé un report de livraison). Service client ne répond plus depuis que j’ai cité le code consommateur. + Service client téléphonique ne parle que anglais. Impossible de se faire entendre !

Rücksendung sehr kompliziert, sowohl der Prozess wie auch der Logistikpartner (in Berlin nur FedEx, die nur eine (!) Abgabestation haben)

DO NOT PURCHASE ANY GOODS FROM THIS WEBSITE.
Replay are NOT TRANSPARENT in telling you that if you purchase goods to be delivered to the UK, then you will be stung with additional import taxes.

DESPITE the sales invoice stating that the total includes all charges and taxes.

They try and get around it by saying that you as a customer are responsible for reading their terms and conditions, which might I add, isn't conclusive in providing you with confirmation that your order will be subject to additional import charges. The vast majority of UK customers don't need to rely on having to search amongst a whole load of terms and conditions in order to be reassured that the price you are paying is the only price you will pay.

So PLEASE PLEASE shop wisely!

Don't buy from this website if you're in the UK.
Nothing on it suggests you are buying from Italy.
I bought a pair of shoes for £200 and then got a text message saying there was £70 of duty to be paid.
Shoes didn't fit so have been returned via Fedex who turned up when expected. Let's see if this ends well.

Beware of the UK Import taxes. This is misleading. Very disappointing experience.

Awful. £350 order in excess of £165 import duties. Appalling customer service and experience. Replay and FedEx able to wash their hands and point to admittedly existent small print. Never again.

I wish I had read these reviews before.. a pair of jeans have incurred £40.95 import duties... how do they get away with it? None of the other Italian designers incur these fees... Replay just don't care... Customer Service is zero and to add insult to injury they were returned!
