I provided pictures of the items I wanted to donate and was not advised at the time that they were not acceptable for donation therefore they will be dumped. If I would have known this then I would have pushed more to find a home for them. I had a flooring and needed the items gone.
Alex and his team were nice and professional. They did not make their time frame and unfortunately ReSupply didn't reach out to me to let me know that. Instead I had to look on line to see they would be 2hr - 4hrs late. Luckily my calendar was cleared for the day.

Crew arrived on time and were in and out in a very short time. No waiting. Courteous crew!

The company is not reliable with schedules. The local contractor is very overbooked so they keep delaying and even fail to show up at the end of the day.
( rescheduled only at 8pm to the following day)
I hope the company should notify customers at least 48 hours before if they can’t do the scheduled job. Otherwise it ruins the whole following move-in process.
The local staff who are doing the real pickup work are polite and thorough.

I supposed call Salvation Army to pick up furniture . I got referral to Resupply website from Salvation Army. From the booking process to the pick up service , it was a good experience. You could text to the team, and they respond quick. Be prepared more time due to the traffic or weather, but the wait is worth it. Things done quick even with stairs. I really appreciate it! Like the ideas! There are clear description and instruction on their website.

I was able to schedule the day and time that I needed a pick-up to occur. They kept me informed as the day approached. They were on time for the pick-up and were so polite and efficient. I would highly recommend using Resupply.

Everything was easy to set up, and the price was reasonable. The gentlemen who picked up my couch were on time, very polite, and quick. Plus, I'm happy it can go to someone who needs it.

I put in the request for ReSupply to pick up 40 items of furniture for donation through Habitat For Humanity - and they had all of it taken care of in under 24 hours! Especially happy with Hidden Leaf Donations for picking it up

Showed up 2.5 hours after notification they were on their way; broke items; treated furniture like junk; forget giving them lamps with shades - those will be junked and did not pick up all the items on the list but wanted to charge for more items than were on the list.
Bella's Voice charity needs to use a different mover.

All 3 people who came to pick up my furniture delivery were very respectful, friendly, efficient, and did a great job. Would highly recommend.

The gentleman that came to pick up the furniture did a great job! They were courteous, professional, and fast. They communicated throughout the whole process on their arrival time, which was very helpful.

The cost to donate is outrageous. The drivers were not RE-supply employees, but employees of another company that also charged a fee for taking items that they considered unable to donate. The quote that I was given was around $300 less than what I ended up having to pay. This is such a terrible shame. I was trying to do the right thing by donating rather than throwing it all in the trash and instead or feeling good about my decision I am left in debt and sadly disappointed in the whole system.

Other than a scheduling overlap, all was good.

I’ve used Resupply a few times and the services provided have always been top notch - the folks doing the pick ups have, to a person, been professional, kind and efficient. The process is convenient and easy.

The communication with ReSupply was exceptional, the pickup crew was professional and the move out was speedy.
