Professional, courteous, and on time
Very nice driver, and kept in touch as delivery approached. Most importantly, when my building manager made them change to loading area for pickup--I'd let them come to front door--they were great with building manager and took it.all in stride.

The persons who scheduled my pickups were very nice and helpful. The two movers were amazingly strong and efficient, and nice. However, the communication on the day of the pickup was a bit challenging. From the email, I requested the ETA. It said between 12 and 2pm. By about 3pm, no signs if them. I texted the support team. The communication was extremely slow and not helpful. Then suddenly, I got emails saying my driver is on the way, and then has arrived. I was given the name of the driver and license number of the vehicle. But no description of what kind of vehicle. My husband and I walked around the block several times, no sign of them. I texted the support team asking them to either ask the driver to call me, or give me his number, so I could call him. No response. After about 35 minutes, I spotted a truck, and there he was. Ince we connected, then everything was good. I hope the stove and sleeper sofa can be of good use to some other families. Thank you very much for your help.
What a nice bunch!
These guys were great! They were not the least bit discouraged even though the texts were mixed up. They were friendly, respectful and handled the donations with care. The process was easy and smooth (even with the text snafu).
I really appreciate their care and help
The guys showed up a bit earlier than scheduled, but fortunately I had also received texts they were ahead of schedule and I had gotten there early also. They were quick to load things, while being very careful with the items and the house at the same time. Genuinely nice young men; very friendly and respectful( despite the fact that I looked like I had flown in on my broom😆). I really appreciate their help! Easy to take care of the bill and get receipts I need. Thanks guys!!!

Frustrating chris…
No one showed up for my pickup and I received a call at 5 from the driver explaining that it was not his fault. I was forced to reschedule and told I would not have to pay. I rescheduled and the driver showed up late and I was forced to pay anyway. I gave up two days of work to help support. Multiple attempts thru text, chat and email went unanswered. I would not advise anyone use this service.

I highly recommend this moving service. They moving team were respectful, personable and moved my things (including a Baby Grand Piano) carefully and professionally. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to friends!

From the moment I placed my request/order, communication was excellent about the process, timing, what I could expect. The day of the move, the driver communicated at each step, and he and his crew were courteous and efficient. The whole process was honestly better than I could have expected.
