Your drivers were excellent- but it stops there.

The scheduling was a train wreck! Lots of confusion and communication issues with the company in coordination of pick ups with drivers. I had no less than 3 drivers calling me indicating they were on their way or waiting for me in my lobby. One driver yesterday thought he had a pick up -but I told him it was picked up the day before? I will not provide a positive review or recommend this company to anyone

Very easy process to donate furniture. Scheduling was easy. They coordinated the charity and hauler. Everything happened as planned flawlessly.

I was quoted for large items on the phone, whereas the team at my house charged me for extra large items (for a desk with a simple table top and a chest that I had moved in by myself). They did not lift the chest but dragged it on the floor, scratching the wood floor all the way. I was denied a discount for the damage done arguing that they needed to be disassembled and I had refused. They slid both items upside down in the truck like junk, whereas these 2 items were brand new or in good condition to be reused as new. I was aiming to make a donation for reuse or sale not to trash it. Overall it was a very expensive pickup and the donation was not valued.

Luis and his associate were on time for the pickup, price quoted was price I paid, and they did an excellent job removing my furniture. Also this furniture will go to a family that needs a bedroom set.

The movers dumped one chair in our dumpster which caused me money to remove after charging me $40, which was refunded to me as well as as well as reimbursing me for removal!

They (Elijah) and his helper were thieves!

I thought more would be used by charity. They were not gentle if they thought it would go to junk.
