I received my order last week Friday on the 19th. Opened it up and was completely different that what was pictured at the time of placing my order. I reached out via chat last week about this issue sending pictures of what I thought I ordered vs what was received. Still no word from anyone and I reached out again via chat yesterday. I’m highly upset because I’m not getting anywhere and was falsely advised too. Now o have gotten my financial institution involved because customer service sucks. I will never order from Retro Locker again!

Ordered a jersey from Retrolocker and the charge went through. Over a week later still NO updates and tracking info. Contacted their customer service and was told maybe SIX WEEKS to even process my order!! Demanded a refund. No reply. Now I file a claim with VISA fraud. June 2026

Products are quality and orders came in a timely manner considering they are made to order. When there was a small glitch in the site, Ronald was helpful in resolving the issue for me quickly. I have 8 jerseys from this site and will definitely be back!

I haven't received my jerseys but I'm looking forward to receiving them. Support team was great! Shout out to "R" (not sure if the person is ok with sharing their first name but it starts with an R), responsive and worked great with me to help me with my orders. Thank you!

I had received a jersey that had some manufacturing defects. I contacted the Retrolocker support team and Ronald has gone above and beyond to make it right. Very grateful for his help and the rest of the Retrolocker team.

I am a big Philadelphia eagles fan, and looking for the right jersey is always on my mind. Retro Locker has just what I was looking for. The jersey i ordered was of great quality and stitching which gave it that old school feel. For the same jersey somewhere else the price was ridiculous, so from now on I am only getting my jersey from Retro locker.

I have not received my order yet so I can't comment on the product's quality, but the Customer Service is appalling.

I posted questions in the chat that, despite being an AI bot, seemed to indicate that the concerns I had raised were going to be addressed, but that was clearly not the case.

After many, many messages and being "assured" by the useless bot that someone would email me and that my issues would be addressed I had to send an email and still wait a full day to get a response.

I have deliberately asked for a cancellation just over 24 hours from putting the order in, while the charge on the credit card was still pending and there had been no update whatsoever on the order status.

The person that replied to my emails simply ignored the fact that I asked for a cancellation in every message. It was the most outrageous customer service experience I have ever had.

I asked for a cancellation in multiple messages over multiple days and just kept being informed they were working on expediting shipping.

I'll dispute the credit card charge and, if the product arrives I'm sending it right back.

I want nothing to do with these people.

Same as everyone else: the prices are unbelievable, so I assumed the quality would be lacking, but that is not the case at all. I've ordered 12 jerseys and they're all extremely well made and have the best designs I cannot find anywhere else. I had a jersey arrive separate from the main order and when I wrote support email, Ronald was beyond helpful in making sure I got my jersey exactly as ordered and without any headache. Really appreciate you guys for your awesome products and excellent service!

Excellent customer service, Ronald from Retrolocker helped out with my issue on my order and found a quick solution. I cannot express my gratitude enough from him. The website is fairly priced, jerseys made in great detail. 10/10.

I ordered a couple jerseys for my wife and I. Their was a little confusion around the jersey sizing but Ronald from Retro Locker personally addressed the the issue and I am extremely excited to wear our new jerseys to the next Mariners we attend.

I purchased 4 jerseys at an incredible price. I was assuming at that cost the quality would be slightly below that of a full cost item, and I was okay with that. The jerseys are just as good as some of my full cost on field replicas. I've gotten a ton of comments and compliments on my retro Griffey Jr jersey already. Will definitely be making repeat purchases moving forward.

The jerseys came out awesome. The price was very affordable. Shipping to Hawaii took awhile but the wait was definitely worth it! A+ communication and service!👍🏽

Overall I’m satisfied with the products, took 2 months for both my items to arrive. Ronald in customer service was helpful . I’d shop here again but just know you have to be patient for arrival
