I ordered a black Lindros 88 flyers jersey to be shipped to the U.K. I realised about a week after the order that I had entered the wrong post code (zip code). A quick email to the admin team and Ronald was very quick to respond and rectify the issue. The jersey landed around 3 weeks after order and I was really impressed with the quality and stitching of my jersey, much much better quality than the recent ones I bought from a big name supplier. Will certainly be ordering from these guys again

So I had ordered 4 jerseys and 3 of them were solid but one was definitely not good at all. It was bad enough I refuse to wear it. I contacted their customer support by email and I was surprised with the quick response. Ronald sent me an email asking me if I wanted the same jersey or a different one as a replacement. Ronald definitely hooked me up and is replacing my bad jersey with a new one. Hopefully this new one is just as good as the others but I was pleasantly surprised and impressed with the willingness to make it right. Definitely would buy again from Retrolocker.

I ordered this off of instagram and honestly didn’t have the highest expectations but after receiving 2 out of the 4 jerseys I ordered today, I am thoroughly impressed. In addition to the high quality stitching and finish of the jerseys, Michael hand wrote a card letting me know the other 2 are on their way. This is the kind of customer service that we should be able to expect from every business! I 100% will be ordering again in the future. My one small gripe is the jersey selection was semi limited but I understand since these are all hand done he only has a handful to work with. What would make me order more right this second is a broader selection of jerseys and more modern variants (I ordered 2024 and a retro Steph jersey in 2026). Overall though truly a top notch experience and it came way faster than I expected it to. Thanks again Michael and team

My order, a custom Cleveland Indians jersey, was perfect in every way!!! Very much satisfied. I can't believe the quality versus the price. I had one minor admin question, and Ronald was quick to step in and answer my question. A great help and I'm satisfied in every aspect thanks to Ronald.

This company is great, I used their services for retired player jerseys that you cant find anywhere. With just a picture, they were able to duplicate the jersey with precision. Affordable and feels better than jerseys out now. Also, I love their model if you dont like the work send it back. I would recommend to anyone.

While excited to order my first jersey from Retro Locker, I won’t be ordering any more after this experience. Expected some delays due to the World Cup but timing wasn’t bad. It was the quality that was shockingly bad. I’ve had jersey from DH Gate look and feel better than this one. The sizing was way off, the material was incredibly thin, and the Nike logo wasn’t the right color and looked so fake.

Reached out to both their chat on their website and emailed them directly with my dissatisfaction and asked for a refund and haven’t received a response back yet.
