I needed a car battery urgently as i was visiting the South West from the North East of the country. The lady at R&G sourced the correct battery and when i had doubts about it not being for stop start technology (as my vehicle was) she phoned for advice reassuring me it was the correct battery with the 48v hybrid battery operating the stop start. Good advice delivered pleasantly at a decent price.

Ordered items for my Honda Gb350s. Had to wait for stock replenishment Shaun on the customer services team was very helpful and prioritised my order as soon a it came in and got it to me double quick. R&G products are great. They're well made, and look good. But the courier they use is DPD - I just wish R&G would use a more professional courier, if one exists these days. R&G products are premium and do the job.

Having bought Aero crash bungs, fork protectors, tail tidy and pro radiator guard from R&G for my 2019 Z1000sx I must admit I'm not overly impressed. For the price point I'd expect much better quality and certainly better instructions. All are relatively easy to fit but if you're someone reliant on instructions I think you could struggle. I wouldn't be at all surprised if I could have bought very similar products without the brand for much less based on what I've bought so far. I think Evotech are much better whilst being cheaper having previously bought Evotech parts for my Street Triple.

I needed to replace a crash bobbin on my bike, but you can only get them in pairs new. I emailed R&G and asked and was told that sure, spares are available we'll send one out. Josh was extremely helpful in finding out which one I wanted, especially as it turned out I had fitted the wrong kit in the first place, and RSVR one to a Tuono. He even sent a dimensioned drawing to me to confirm it was the right part. Excellent customer service from all concerned.

I needed to replace a crash bobbin on my bike. I wasn’t sure if this was something I could do, so I went to their website and simply asked. They replied within minutes that I could & sent me a payment link. Paid on Wednesday and received the item Sunday morning. Absolutely fantastic customer service and I highly recommend their products.

Query regarding spare part dealt with extremely quickly and efficiently. I’m sure the despatch of the item will dealt with equally as efficiently.
