I ordered a radiator guard, tank grips, and engine case covers for my bike, all in one order at the same time. For some reason R&G decided to ship my order to me in 2 separate packages, and because I live in the United States, had to pay two separate duty fees, $100 each. I am not writing this one star review because I am upset they sent me my order in two separate packages, maybe they couldnt fit my order in 1 box (even though its not a big order at all) or the parts were in different warehouse. What irks me is I emailed them to ask if they had sent my order in two separate packages, and if I needed to pay duty fees twice to DHL, or if it was a mistake on DHL's part; i simply wanted clarification, and I didnt even ask for a refund on duty fees or was demanding anything. And then I get ghosted by them after this, even though they were prompt in responding to my emails regarding their products previously. Responding to my email simply asking them for clarification would have been nice, but maybe they got scared of explaining the situation and owning up to a mistake they may or may not have made.

I highly do not recommend ordering from R&G if you are outside of the UK, you may have to pay double duty fees for one order without any explanation from them.

Hands down the Best company in the market, never ever have I had such a exceptional experience with any company.
I'm getting frame sliders next and it's definitely with R&G.

Übrigens: Die Kabelbinder werden am Kühler nicht sehr lange halten!

I had a problem with a set of R&G crash bars bought online from a different company. I contacted R&G direct Liam at R&G asked me for some photos and said they had been damaged in transit.i phoned on a Friday and a new set was delivered the following morning. It's the best after sales service I have ever had from any company.Liam was so helpful and professional, I would recommend R&G to anyone looking for good quality bike parts

Ordered crash bobbins and kickstand shoe only received crash bobbins. Never reply to emails no refund . Avoid looks reputable company but working like scam. Never will buy off them again

First thing, my order was late, when it arrived it wasn't at all what I had expected and wanted to return it. I then started a return case, e-mails was answered, but slow.
I sent it back and paid a lot of money to do so. And now T&T from the shipper says it's delivered, but now R&G aren't answering my e-mails anymore and I still haven't got my refund jet. Very bad service!

Bought many products and all been useful. Came down on my bike and need to replace crash protectors on one side, which they gave me a quote for just the parts I need. Been a lot of help.

Great communication, great products, great shipping, great support, even overseas. Customer service and quality product like this is going scarce with increased corporate consolidation and online marketplaces. Support businesses like R&G while you still can.

Their customer service is second to none. The product is a well engineered quality product with form fitting function using quality materials throughout.
I always judge a company by if I would go back their to buy something and would have no hesitation with them

Ordered the wrong size replacement lens for my Kawasaki Vulcan S tail tidy. I contacted Customer Service and asked them to send me the right size lens when I shipped the original back and paid the difference. Scott at Customer Service sent me the right size lens immediately at no charge. That’s service! Thanks Scott and R&G! I will be back! ET, Nova Scotia Canada

I was initially given the wrong information, which led to me buying the wrong part on their advice. A little frustrating, but these things happen.

Scott stepped in after a day or so and had the correct part shipped to me right away. This kind of customer service doesn’t go unnoticed, and it’s why I’ll continue to support R&G.

Dealing with the Team at R&G was first class, with a first class product. unfortunately i was knocked off my bike at the weekend and i will say the R&G Crash bobbins save my bike. Thanks to the design.

Great products and helpful customer service by phone. I ordered a brake lever guard from a 3rd party who supply R&G products. Sadly it didn’t fit correctly. The seller advised me to speak with R&G who have sent out a different bolt which should hopefully rectify the issue. Great service by phone and other R&G products I’ve owned have been great.
