Experienced an issue when ordering from the website, contact customer support who sorted issue very promptly. Had an issue with the tail tidy contacted customer support again and after checking and confirming they sent out replacement part very quickly.
Great parts and great support.

Ordered the parts online and were delivered promptly. I had difficulty downloading the fitting instructions so got in touch. Got a friendly reply in minutes and the instructions a short time later. Superb service all round.

The wires to my R&G heated throttle grip broke, so I contacted customer services via the R&G web page on the 24th June 2026, 17:52 asking if this may be covered in warranty.

The next morning (25/06/26) I received an email reply from Shaun @ customer services requesting photos and a little more info. This I did.

Within two hours I received a reply back from Shaun advising a replacement was being sent, also Shaun provided advice on installation.

26/06/26, replacement heated grip arrived.

Fantastic people providing a quality service along with great products.

Needed some small parts that were lost from a set of sliders. Josh handled my request rightly away, but we had some issues with shipping - twice. Probably due to crazy tariff rules caused by the US policy changes. However, they resent the parts to me 3 times and finally after DHL notified me of a $ 1.37 tariff due, (and a mandatory $18 tariff processing fee), I received the parts in perfect order exactly as expected. Josh was always patient and followed through on making sure I got these parts. Most expensive conical nuts ever, but that is no reflection on R&G. Great company and service.

I ordered a tail tidy for my 2026 CB650R and unfortunately cross threaded a bolt during fitting. I spoke with Josh from the customer service team who really quickly sorted me out another set of bolts to replace the cross threaded one. The product is top quality as is the customer service. 5/5 stars.

After having to complain about poor service Josh stepped in and resolved the issue for me which was much appreciated

Shopping for a set of mirror wideners for GB350S. Needed to check a couple of things and response from Josh at R&G was virtually instant and extremely helpful.
No hesitation in ordering from this company and any future accessories orders from me will be going their way.

I have a 2002 GPZ500S and it had R&G crash bars fitted. I was struggling to remove the engine because the bolt appeared to be seized and I could not identify the parts causing the problem online. I called R&G who were incredibly helpful (Thanks Josh!), helping me to identify what the cause was and what parts would be needed to repair (both from Kawasaki and R&G). The problem was not due to the crash bars, rather prior owner failing to grease the bar when fitting, resulting in 20+ years of corrosion leading to a seized bolt.

Josh at R&G found the part concerned and advised as to how to proceed.

I am absolutely blown away by R&G's customer support, especially Josh! I faced an urgent issue with a tail tidy that didn't pass my local vehicle inspection due to a missing physical E-mark. I contacted support, and they resolved my problem in a matter of minutes by arranging to ship a fully marked replacement part. I am so pleasantly surprised by how quickly and efficiently they handled everything. Now I am just waiting for the package to arrive. Top-notch service, highly recommended!

Absolutely brilliant customer service from R&G Racing, especially Josh Leister who dealt with everything personally.

I had an issue with one of my engine covers which was technically out of warranty, but Josh handled the situation incredibly professionally from start to finish. Rather than dismissing it, he took the time to properly review the images, discuss possible causes, and arrange for the original cover to be inspected so the team could investigate further.

What stood out most was how fair and genuine the support was. Josh acknowledged that the damage didn’t appear to be caused by over-torquing and treated the situation seriously, which gave me a lot of confidence in both him and the company.

Even though the product was outside warranty, R&G supplied a brand new replacement cover completely free of charge, which is rare customer service these days.

Communication throughout was excellent — quick replies, professional attitude, and genuinely helpful the whole way through. Massive credit to Josh Leister for the way he handled everything. Customer support like that is exactly why riders continue to support R&G Racing.
Highly recommended.

I ordered bike-specific headlight shields for my bike. They did not fit the contour of the lenses. The supplied dual-lock would not hold them in place either. I contacted R&G. Their response: "Sorry for the fitment issue." That's it. No offer to rectify or refund.

EDIT: As noted in the reply below, the issue was handled to my satisfaction. I told them that I really appreciated that.

There is no doubt when it comes to
Protection product this brand shines but other parts like rearsets etc they have no knowledge what they doing and customer service is poor . I had to Return the the rearsets for full refund .

Josh was a massive help I was only looking for one specific bolt as I already have the crash protectors , he sent me a few options and I said which one looked right and he confirmed it , sorted it all out for me and then let me just order the bolt , definitely recommend using these customer service 10/10.

I'd got my hands on what I was told was a Gen1 EZcan device. So I was looking to upgrade it to the Gen2.
I contacted R&G via Email and a guy called Josh answered my email. It took a while for Josh to get the relevant info, but he stayed in touch with me regularly, reassuring me he was waiting for a response from the guys at EZcan.
He came back and confirmed that what I in fact had 2 was a gen2 EZcan, and it was the right one for my GS!
He COULD have duped me into buying another new one and I wouldn't have known any better.
Top marks for commitment, honesty and customer service!!!!!
I'll be back to R&G for my accessories as and when finances allow!

Needed replacement parts for bike crash protection. Got through to Josh via email, he quickly managed to quote for the parts needed and we got payment sorted. Items arrived next day. Very happy with the service received and would highly recommend getting in touch with them if you need parts rather than a full kit.

Took my fathers new Tracer9 GT into R&G to get some crash bungs, really warm welcome and even fitted them for me while I wait. They were all pretty exhausted from working the NEC and only got back that day and still they were fantastic and very courteous. A great experience from R&G, professional and above and beyond. Thank you!

I personally think R&G products are decent and always add crash protection to my bikes plus a tail tidy and radiator guard. Sometimes can be on the expensive side, but not as expensive as gravel rash on your bike frame or engine covers...
