Easy firm to deal with at a competitive price

RIAS always inform me about Road Safety etc.

Everything is so easy to do online. The renewal price has stayed the same as last year's price.

Everybody was very helpful . I am 80 years old and was treated like a normal customer and not just an old lady . I give them 5 stars

The renewal process was very quick and easy to use, the whole process took around 5 minutes.

Instead of renewing the car insurance with my usual company as it was increased substantially without having made any claims, I ventured to purchase a policy with another insurer and Rias ticked all the boxes. The on-line process was easy and pleasant. My no claim bonus was confirmed almost immediately without the need to do anything.

I only changed my address with this company and that's my only experience, it went very smoothly and without any additional fees.

I have not needed to use the Company to claim but as far as contact goes it seems to work well
