Dezember 2024 bestellt, geliefert erst nach über 2 Wochen (fast drei Wochen) zu spät, nach den Feiertagen, Paket vollständig ungeöffnet auf eigene Kosten (17!€) zurückgesandt, seit dem 12.01.2025 bei Rice angekommen - keine Reaktion auf Emails, keine Erstattung, absolut erschreckend unseriös - ich kann eine Bestellung nicht empfehlen und werde nun rechtliche Schritte einleiten müssen …

Due to the holiday season, we may have experienced delays in processing and shipping orders placed around Christmas. If your order was placed on or around December 24th, delivery could take up to 14 days due to public holidays affecting shipping times.

Elendig service - Ingen reaktion ved henvendelse via mail (flere gange). Returneret en vare - har intet hørt, som er det mindste man kan forvente - ingen penge retur selvom kvittering viser at de har modtaget varen retur.

I discovered this brand thanks to a little shop in my city that resells some of their unique and colorful products… I was curious to see more so I made my first order and I’m very satisfied with everything!

Slechte kwaliteit/prijsverhouding servies melamine
Slechte kwaliteit/prijsverhouding malamine servies. De afbeeldingen op de bekers waren binnen een paar maanden al verkleurd. Bij de borden verkleuren ze niet, maar laat de beschermingslaag los. Als je met je handen over het bord gaat, heb je allemaal losse stukjes plastic aan je handen. Er staat vaatwasmachinebestendig, maar je hoort ze knisperen als ze eruit komen, waarna de laag steeds verder loslaat.
