I recently passed my CBT exam, and I'm thrilled with the outcome! I wanted to express my gratitude to my instructor,H.NAKADEY, who was incredibly supportive and knowledgeable throughout the course. Their guidance and expertise helped me feel confident and prepared for the exam. Highly recommend instructor H.NAKADEY to anyone preparing for their CBT.

I had my first CBT in Chelmsford on the 2nd and I honestly can't fault these guys,I was very nervous but both instructors Ozzy and Alex put me at ease straight away,the day was very informative and I feel nothing was too much trouble,would highly recommend.

Paul the instructor was great he made you feel at ease and gave confidence as I was a bit nervous at the start.

The Cbt booking was really easy and my training went well. I passed and had a great day in the process.

Paid for rebooking cover but it was refused based on a disputed report. The policy appears to exclude common learner mistakes, making it effectively unusable. Disappointed with how this was handled. They claim it is little highway code knowledge, but I passed my theory tests and I know the highway code well. The instructor purposely passed me while he knew I was not comfortable with the clutch as I told him many times the instructor insisted on taking me on the road even after I told him that I'm still not sure on how to use the clutch, and then he ignored errors that would let me get a rebooking until I made a error due to the clutch that could be considered "Lack of highway code knowledge" so that I could not get a rebooking. This was basically fraud

had a great experience with this CBT training. The instructors were very clear, knowledgeable, and supportive throughout the course. They explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, which really helped build my confidence. I thoroughly enjoyed the training and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to complete their CBT.

Disappointed with RideTo.

Their system allowed me to purchase a “Peace of Mind” policy after my CBT training had already ended, with no clear warning it wouldn’t be valid. When I requested a refund, it was refused based on terms and conditions.

Even after acknowledging that this could have been clearer, no refund was offered — only credit for future use, which is not helpful.

This feels like an unfair customer experience. Systems should prevent invalid purchases instead of relying on fine print.

The day from booking appointment through to bike safety inspection on site riding.then riding on the road was done with great professional instructors. Enjoyed the day.excellent experience. Recommended

Very easy to book. Did my CBT with Shireoak motorcycle training. Mark the instructor was excellent very knowledgeable passed on lots of good advice would definitely recommend
