I had a fantastic experience completing my CBT training. Instructor was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and supportive throughout the entire day. He explained everything clearly and made sure everyone felt comfortable and confident before moving on.
I learned a lot, especially about staying aware on the road, handling the bike safely, and building good riding habits. The training really helped improve my confidence when riding and made the whole experience enjoyable and relaxed.
Overall, it was a great day and a really valuable learning experience. I’d highly recommend the training to anyone thinking about getting started on a motorbike.

I honestly couldn't recommend this place enough. The instructor we had was amazing, he was so clear and took us through everything slowly, and didn't make anyone feel left out if they weren't understanding it properly. He was very supportive and I felt very safe when out on the road with him. I had so much fun and learnt so much new stuff, and I passed! Thanks again guys!

Unfortunately that’s completely scam I don’t recommend this to no one as it’s not fair they keep talking without showing you sign and then they put mock test for you which you defo will make mistake easy money for them scammers be carful with your who you book your CBT this company is scam 100%

It was a wonderful experience with Ben, my Trainer or Instructor who train me efficiently.
My CBT was at West London Motorcycle Training (WLMT), Fairholme School, Peacock Avenue, Feltham, TW14 8ET and successfully got the CBT Certificate..😌😌
I would suggest that for a CBT, must choose the Ride To and WLMT as a training School.

Very poor service, little communication, they send emails without confirming if they have been received, they do not refund money or rebook, if you have a problem I do not recommend them

Absolutely amazing overall

Great experience! My instructor Jay was very kind, understanding and all round a star. If you didn’t understand something then he would explain it again but for the most part I never had a problem myself. Riding was clear and easy to understand under his guidance.

Got off to a rocky start but got all the support I needed and more. The teams lovely, 100% recommend.

I had my cbt yesterday in cymbran and it was brilliant the lads who taught me were very skilled at teaching which took so much pressure away from the day I highly recommend doing your cbt here ill be definitely going back for bigger bike training was overall a fun day of learning 👍

Booked my CBT with Phoenix school in Crystal Palace and from booking it to passing on the day it was a flawless experience. Very easy, incredibly experienced and knowledgeable instructors, no headaches at all. Couldn’t recommend more.

It was very good, the instructor was very understanding, 10 out of 10.

I paid extra for the Peace of Mind (second CBT) but I could not find a way to rebook it online.
Approached a team member who simply quoted that our policy does not allow rebooking for the reason your instructor gave when you were made ‘Fail’ in the Compulsory Basic Training which does not have a Pass OR Fail to begin with!
I am not annoyed with the Team member, after all they are just there for a living, but with Rideto!
Seems like, Rideto and CBT instructors such as Harley, are an organised Scam! The loophole of no Pass/Fail prevents providing any evidence or a report as such as a DL25A and enables these people to scam legally.

I am fighting hard with Rideto to process the ‘Peace of mind’ claim (it is not peace of mind anymore, to be honest) so that I can get on with my 4th CBT training again.

I am not a novice rider, having ridden motorcycles in the past for almost 10 years. Not sure why I am being punished. Yes, I am a woman, and I am not a British Ethnicity. But this should not be a hurdle as all you need is limbs and a brain to control a petrol machine!

P.S. I did change my initial review from 1Star to 4 Stars as requested by one of the team members, but I am now changing it back to what it was. After all, I am fighting for my hard-earned money :-)
