unfortunately my experience was very disappointing.

The course lasted almost the whole day, far longer than the expected 8 hours. There were four students and only one instructor/examiner. The organisation and time management were poor, and we spent a lot of time waiting.

The instructor spoke very quickly, was impatient, and created a stressful atmosphere instead of a supportive learning environment. CBT is supposed to be basic training focused on safety and confidence, but the approach felt unnecessarily strict and confrontational.

Several situations during the day made it feel like the instructor was looking for reasons to fail or remove students rather than help them improve. This made the experience frustrating and discouraging.

I believe training should be professional, respectful and supportive. Unfortunately, this was not my experience.

I had a very bad experience at this training centre and strongly advise people to be extremely careful before booking.
I have been riding motorbikes and driving cars for the past 5 years in Pakistan. I hold an international licence and a city licence. I recently returned to the UK my home country as British citizen after 23 years and booked 125cc motorbike training here, paying £195 in full.
I successfully completed more than an hour of practical riding. There were no issue raised during the session because I am perfect in driving. After that, I was unexpectedly taken inside for a theory test.
Nowhere on their website was it clearly stated that failing a multiple-choice theory test would immediately result in failing the whole session and discontinuation of on-road training — despite already completing over an hour of riding. If this is a strict requirement, it should be clearly explained before taking full payment.
After failing the theory questions, my training was stopped immediately. I was told to call later to “sort it out,” and when I did, I was asked to pay another £175 for a retest. This is almost the full amount again.
On top of that, it was also not mentioned clearly on the website that if you cause small damage you must pay £10, and if you cause bigger damage you must pay £500. This information appears to be hidden. I already paid £195, which I was told covers insurance and training. If insurance is included, why is there an additional £500 charge for damage? This should be clearly explained before booking.
There seems to be a serious lack of transparency. Important conditions about theory failure and damage charges are not properly communicated upfront. Customers should not find out about major financial penalties only after they have paid.
Very doubtful practices. Be extremely careful and make sure you get every condition in writing before booking.
I will not be returning and will take my training elsewhere.

Lovely, amazing

Very good, and super easy to use.

The booking side was a bit of a nightmare. The first two sites that had availability cancelled on me as had no availability even though it was showing you could book. I settled on the third and absolutely brilliant, the instructor put me at ease but it was so much fun even at 1degree and torrential rain.

The Greece guy instructor was so good the way how he explaining was perfect Very friendly and serious About riding he pays attention to everything

Great experience, clear and thorough instructions, with proper feedback so we manage to execute the maneuvers properly and safely, passed my first cbt today and feel I can start riding on the streets confidently.

My instructor Richard was very informative and good at teaching while also having a laugh and staying lighthearted to take you through the day

It was a great experience. I learnt a lot of valuable tips and skills to make me confident on the road and safe. My instructors were patient and helpful. Now that I have completed my training, I feel more than ready to hit the roads. Highly recommended!!

Passed my CBT today with Jason and Troy, they offered immense patience with getting the hang of things as a first time rider, both were very understanding due to my having minor learning difficulties I defo recommend this riding school for any one can’t wait to pass my motorbike theory and book my mod1 with the man him self Jason love and respect always

the bike i rode on the test was kept very clean and high maintained which made it an enjoyable experience

I really enjoyed the session and the instructors were really nice guys. He is a fun guy to be around but when it comes to riding and training he is very strict, that really good because if you make mistakes in bike ride it could cost you your life or your lifetime.
