I really enjoyed the session and the instructors were really nice guys. He is a fun guy to be around but when it comes to riding and training he is very strict, that really good because if you make mistakes in bike ride it could cost you your life or your lifetime.

The training was given by two people clearly passionate about biking and keen to share their knowledge with you.

The classroom based training was well laid out, concise and easy to understand. The same for practical assessment out on the bike.

Booked a CBT course for yesterday, however upon arrival I was denied doing the course due to footwear.
In my opinion, the prerequisites of the course were not made clear (included in 1 email, but that email itself had the information hidden at the bottom of the page). I received various emails about promotions and add ons to encourage further purchases but brushed over what was REQUIRED. Called RideTo this morning, and the lack of sympathy and rigidness to simply put me on a later CBT date, I was really suprised by. £195 is alot of money to throw away with no insurance in place

Thank you Tony! great instructor for my very first CBT training. He was very thorough with our safety, which was very reassuring to me. He explicitly explained the best safety procedures for when we had to ride on the main roads. This gave me much more confidence for the riding the scooter alongside other vehicles. I felt extremely more educated and more comfortable with riding a scooter safely in London. I am looking forward to purchasing one of my own. See you again my a Full license… or maybe just another CBT haha!

This 1 star rating is for customer service NOT for the actual training. I received my CBT training as a Christmas gift costing my partner £170. Originally booked for Morpeth due to availability was changed to Durham (Willington Center). Due to Severe weather my train to Durham was cancelled as i stood on the platform in high winds and rain, I called the instructor number provided by Ride To and was told very curtly that this is no grounds for Ride To to re-book and my fee is forefit due to Ride To policies i was then told to have a nice day and hung up on.

Great company, great resources and easy booking system.

I completed my CBT course, and it was a genuinely excellent experience from start to finish. Everything that was promised was provided, including proper jackets with protective gear, gloves, and helmets in all sizes. Our instructors, Wynne and Kaz, were absolutely fantastic. They were thorough and made sure we really understood the Highway Code before moving on to the practical parts.

The parking lot training was a great refresher for me, especially since I hadn’t ridden in about 15 years. They covered all the manoeuvres and safety checks in a supportive way, which really helped build confidence without any pressure.

I also noticed that one participant had some trouble understanding instructions due to limited English. The instructors took the time to ensure that safety came first for everyone. They didn’t just let anyone pass if they weren’t ready. In fact, they spent extra time with that person, and when it wasn’t safe, they didn’t pass them just for the sake of it. That gave me a lot of trust in the training environment because I knew they were genuinely prioritising everyone’s safety.

By the time we did our two-hour ride at the end, I felt much more confident out on the road. I even got to lead the group with Kaz giving me directions, and although there were a few tricky moments, it felt like a really safe place to learn. I’m definitely planning to do more training with them on larger bikes now that I’ve passed my CBT and feel ready to go for my full licence.

I am so glad I booked through RideTo and added the extra second day as I didn’t manage to complete my CBT on the first day.

Hi I did my cbt yesterday the classroom environment is so friendly the instructor was very helpful he ride with us and make sure we both are satisfied about safety then we back to center. My advice to everyone choose universal motorcycle for cbt

Ride to get back to you in good time and provide the 2nd day insurance which I needed. (Likely as ADHD and working memory is not my strength) Just ensure you claim it straight away when you fail and don't be afraid to say the real reason. (In my case difficulty with manual controls due to my ADHD) You are then sent a promo code to reschedule. Highly reccomend Chelmsford the instructors are lovely people and very straight talking. I failed alongside 2 other people so well worth getting the insurance. Would like to give paticular praises to Henry as he was very helpful and quick to respond to my queries.
