Even put my private plates on for me, put a year’s mot on it for me even though it had 5 months still on the car.

Phoned up becky johnson at rix motors on a wednesday and drove away on the thursday after they’d put the car through a full service and put a 12 month mot on it. told them my problems in the past with finance i’ve had through another dealership and she treated me golden cars a smooth drive and love every bit of it 🙂

My partner bought a car from these…
My partner bought a car from these cowboys and after a few weeks was told it needed a new engine, to then be told either pick a new car or unwind the deal they are not replying to the finance company leaving us being unable to get a new finance… also they are using a retired mechanic to fix the cars from home..also tried to say we damaged the car when we have video footage of the car leaving my house with no visible damage on the day of return

We are sorry to see that you have left us a 1 star review. From our records we can see that the deal was unwound and payments are being returned.
We have a workshop with fully qualified mechanics, and all vehicles go through that workshop.
The car was returned to us with considerable damage to both the front bumper and the drivers rear quarter, which was not present at the point of sale. We have photographic evidence of the condition the vehicle was in when it was sold.

This was my 3rd purchase from Rix
This was my 3rd purchase from Rix, each one better than the last. It's a lovely family firm (there were grandchildren and a daughter in law in there today when we collected our car) and we were greeted by the owner and other members of staff who remembered the previous transactions. They are a no-fuss, fair outfit and I'm grateful for what I hope is another few years of driving my beautiful Jaguar XK.

A brilliant buying experience
A brilliant buying experience. I've bought cars from Rix in the past but the last time was around 13 years ago. They were always good to deal with. The service was still professional, friendly and quick and Gary deserves special praise for his attitude and professionalism.

SEAT LEON
I recently bought a Seat Leon Fr from RIX motors, the car functions perfectly and the sales team were spot on. The only downside was the interior. There were a lot of unclean spots such as cup holders and dashboard dials, nothing that couldn’t be cleaned with some anti-bac wipe. All in all the car works as advertised and was decently priced just could have done with a deep clean.

It was Emotional!
Its never happened to me before BUT I felt strangely emotional on the drive into the dealership to trade in our older Jaguars for our much newer Jaguar XK but Henry helped to make the process as painless as possible. From the outset Henry was there to assist us in our purchase, no pressure selling, just a friendly, professional, knowledgeable, open and honest approach thus putting us at ease. The car we purchased is probably one of the best in the country and the trade in deal offered by Henry was also probably one of the best.
Everyone we came in contact with at the dealership were friendly and helpful.
The quality of the vehicles on the forecourt all looked really good.
The offices and surroundings were fresh, clean and tidy creating a professional yet welcoming environment.
Yes, we left with a lighter wallet BUT with a dream car and a feeling that our custom was not only welcomed but valued as well.
Overall, a great experience and one that I can thoroughly recommend!

Aftersales is a joke
Aftersales is a joke, all they want is to sell you extras and finance. I went back with a radio issue and basically got told its the same with all Range Rovers. I would not recommend them at all
