I was an unusual customer.....
I was an unusual customer as I purchased a classic car as a second car/weekend toy. I didn't need to have the car quickly as it suited me that way. Henry was happy to oblige me in that. Henry and his staff kept in touch with me in the 5 weeks or so from initially viewing the car to collection.

I very spontaneously purchased a car whilst out with a friend who was looking, I instantly fell in love with the car and the gentleman who I dealt with made the whole sale reassuring and smooth.

Went in to look at a car, Bought it the same day
Went in to look at a car got made to feel very welcome, process was quick and simple they also was fair on the part exchange price of my car Scott Dealt with me and was very helpful Charles Rix also give me some good news as they had placed a new turbo on the car before collection witch was a nice touch. BMW M4 Comp - Great buying experience
I had an amazing experience buying my BMW M4 from Ric Motors. From the moment we walked in, we felt valued and taken care of. The whole process was seamless and stress-free. Scott went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect — nothing was too much trouble. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers. But also never pushy and left me in peace while I had a good look around the car. Not on top of me, like some salesman can be.
