An excellent job as usual.

These guys were amazing. They arrived at 8am and did not stop working until nearly 5pm. Between the 4 of them they removed our old hot water and cold water tanks and installed a new combi boiler in just one day. They were extremely good mannered and I don’t recall ever seeing such clean workers. Absolutely no mess to clear up at the end. Cannot fault them.

The annual service on our boiler was arranged on time by them telephoning us to say it was due.
Engineer arrived within scheduled time, was very polite and did the service on our boiler in a very efficient and timely manner. Very pleased with the service provided, and very glad we changed our boiler maintenance contract to them.

Pete visited re a blocked drain from our garage down spout. I had done all I could but he was able to resolve the problem. He removed the chamber at the bottom of the drain pipe and was able to clean the blockage. All back to normal again. Many thanks.

Absolutely brilliant company. I chose them to fit my boiler a few months ago after being recommended...and not insignificantly they were almost £1400 less expensive than British Gas quoted me for similar! I opted for their ' all in' service plan at the time ( again cheaper than British Gas) and had need to call them out this week. They were great- booking me in the next day and even being flexible on the callout when I couldn't be there at the time arranged( try that with most other companies!) Warren was fantastic. He found the issue and fixed it within an hour. Lovely people all round too and so nice to be able to speak to someone local. I'd recommend them to anyone!

I moved my mum's Homecare contract from British Gas (rubbish and a rip off) to R J Martindale 3 years ago. They have been outstanding and so very nice to my elderly mum. 2 years ago she had a new boiler too, and again, the service was brilliant. Today she had her 2nd boiler service and safety inspection. I got a telephone reminder that the boiler service was due and was able to choose the time and date of the appointment. Dave turned up in the appointed time frame wearing overshoes and carried out the service.

We have used RJMartindale for a number of years, For example, a new boiler and new radiators fitted throughout our property and we have always been completely satisfied with the work done, at a competitive price and excellent customer service.
We have their Advanced Home Care cover and on this occasion our boiler was serviced by them. Their engineer was punctual ,carrying out his work in a professional manner, leaving things in a clean and tidy way. If you want a first class job doing then I would recommend RJ Martindale without any reservation.

Excellent service once again! I have been a loyal customer for many years and have always been impressed with the quality of their work. They previously installed a boiler in my home, and most recently they installed a new air conditioning system. During the same visit, they also replaced my old bathroom shower with a new one.
