Hi The name Rockola evokes great memories from my much younger days so I FOOLISHLY thought I would buy One, they were very helpful and informed me they just happened to have One in stock and it would be 6 weeks hahahaha joke... I have had the delivery cancelled twice now and am considering cancelling the order and asking for the money back would not buy from or trust again

The remote came with absolutely no instructions on how to operate. Rock Ola representative was able to talk us through how to use basic controls.

I ordered a motor for my jukebox. The motor was DOA and I called to let them know. They promptly shipped a new one out with a return label to send the non-working one back. It would have been nice to see some tracking info on the replacement as I was unsure as to if it was even sent out but it finally arrived and I was glad.
Packing was top notch.

Ordered 2 top plastics and they were delivered here in New Zealand within 10 days. Perfectly packaged as per usual. Thanks.

ordered a key for my Rockola CD-8 and it arrived in a few days as promised. No issues is a good thing!

We have the same experience with In The New Age and Rock Ola except our Jukebox CD was ordered and paid for in April 2021. Same issue that it was Covid, parts, new manufacturing facility, etc last year. However, for the past several months it was “you are on the next shipment and later orders are already being delivered”. Now it is “another month or so”. First, DO NOT order from either Company until, and if, they get their act together. Second, I intend to have the Consumer Protection Agency and local AG look into why these orders seem to be delivered indiscriminately. Will update either way

Customer service was very helpful and answered all my questions. The parts I needed were delivered quickly and were well packed.

Ordered a wurlitzer 750 replacement bubble tube on 4/25/22. Installed the tube and on 6/28/22 the tube popped after turning the machine on 3 times. The liquid in the tube damaged my machine. when I contacted them regarding the problem all I could get from them was my machine had an electrical problem. I have had tubes in this machine for 30 years with no issues. they told me they would be in contact with me after they talked with management. been over a week no calls. Buyer be aware. These machines from the 40s are not cheap to have them damaged from a tube and the company not stand behind them or replace after about 3 hours run.
