Fast delivery of blinds and the instruction's were clear. the blinds are excellent and the colour of the blinds reflects the online description. All in all, I'm very happy with my purchase.

Very helpful, polite,

very professional service re sales and good back up from tech dept if needed.

Very good service, thank you.

They were helpful with identifying the spare part I needed and, as I was going to be away, we agreed a delayed delivery date. All good to this point!
Then, unfortunately, the item was delivered while I was away, but I didn’t know this. I did get a text to say it will be delivered in a time period but not the date of delivery. I assumed it would be on the delayed date we had agreed. But no. That date came and went and a few days later a neighbour down the road saw me and said they had had it for some time.

Chris was just so knowledgeable and helpful.
Could not fault the service

Great communication, helpful staff. Shipping very expensive (£12) for small items though, hence dropping a star.

It would have been nice if you kept me informed of a delivery date, instead of me having to chase for a date. Your web site did not give any indication that there was a long delivery date.

The blinds were delivered as expected, easy to install, fitted perfectly, look fantastic and work

Web site easy to use and good quality blind so easy to fit 5 stars

Very helpful. Spoke to a real person who understood & managed to get me the perfect replacement.

The product was delivered and within the time quoted

They corrected a mistake I made free of charge, excellent service

What a great service. I sent them a couple of pictures of the loft ladder that had broken and they had the part identified and over to me. Fitted perfectly. Thank you so much.

Lovely rooflights and although I wasn't aware they are manually opening this doesn't impact us too much. Our roofer seemed to be happy when installing them due to simplistic installation too.

Great service, knowledge and communication. Delivery time was great too

Prompt service; goods as described

Very quick response to query including e-mail with explanatory notes and links to very helpful installation / fitting video clips.
