Prompt and helpful service
Ollie was super helpful and answered all my questions, sorting out my policy within 15 minutes. I’ve been with Row for over three years now and have no intention of moving anywhere else.

Although there were a few hiccups she worked her way through the procedure and kept me informed of every step.

I given 4☆ for the ease of application…
I given 4☆ for the ease of application of getting white goods insurance. I am unable too compare the claim(s) for any goods that need replacing ect as i have only just gone with Rowe,but i do hope if i do need too claim off the insurance that it will be as easy as it was too get insurance & not like my last provider in which was a nightmare trying too claim.
