Fabulous quick and affordable service

They are great when sign up and pay but the moment you need to speak to them and get your help... nowhere to be seen. Awful service, left me very frustrated.
I asked multiple times by email to have the IMEI of my phone update because the manufacturer had to replace my device - first I called, because no one replied to my email, then they said to send an email with the request, which I did, but no one ever replied. I ended up cancelling my policy because it was still linked to the IMEI of a defective phone that I had to return to the manufacturer so it made no sense to pay and then be told "sorry your policy is not linked to this IMEI"

Don’t deal with the company
So bad customer service that they took two payments of £33.24+£33.24) for one month.Because I have cancelled online my insurance within 14 days and I have asked for refund but they ignored me.They don’t want to refund anyway.

Absolutely dreadful company to deal with. I’ve had my washer and tumble dryer insured for about 4-5 years never once claimed . The door on my dryer wouldn’t click shut but the dryer was still working . I filled all the lengthly form . & because I couldn’t find my purchase receipt for the dryer they told me to contact the seller but they don’t have information so
Far back . They didn’t ask for proof of purchase when I took the insurance out and have been happy to take my £11.88 per month out my bank for the last 4-5 years , disgraceful if you ask me ! I’ve told them to cancel it and I better not receive any further costs it’s disgusting .

The point of a policy is that if you need help in an emergency, it's there. I had an issue of not having hot water in my bathrooms. Row decided that as there was hot water in the kitchen, this wasn't a total loss of hot water so decided that this wasn't covered.

Be very careful when choosing this company and pay attention to their wording as they will try to avoid helping you and will rely on their policy documentation to justify their actions.

I would give -0 stars if possible. This pathetic company has taken over 3 months to process a simple claim for my phone's cracked screen. I had to pay £200 for the repair. Row was charging me £30 a month for another device that's not even covered. I need my phone for work, now I must send it in for repair, and they don't even offer a loan phone. This is the worst insurance policy ever. It would have been easier to pay Samsung directly to fix the screen. Avoid Row device insurance at all costs, save yourself time, money and less hassle. They quick to take the money, but the service is despicable.
