Excellent customer service and a really great product. Garden table, two chairs and custom made cushions. I love it - just what I wanted.

We are extremely happy with the cushions that we ordered for our garden furniture. I must add we have had the furniture for over 18 years and it's still in a great condition, to be honest the old cushions came with the furniture but it was time for a change and we are very happy with what we ordered.

Extremely happy with quality of table and chairs

Needed new chair and table feet along with a new set of cushions for our garden furniture. Found Grant to be more than helpful and as one would expect, highly knowledgeable of his products which made the whole process extremely quick, painless and efficient. Unfortunately with this new facelift to our set we will not be back for a while but I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a quality garden set at affordable prices along with good aftersales experience to visit this site!

I purchased a table and four chairs in 2002 and the hexagonal nuts on the table are beginning to rust. I emailed the company in the afternoon of Wednesday 27 September asking if replacements were available and received a reply within hours requesting product codes which I was able to supply.

Mr Barber confirmed the following day that they were checking stock with Germany and later that day confirmed availability and that a package would be sent to me. UBS confirmed a few hours later that a parcel was on its way and I received a full assembling set on Monday 2 October - FOC.

First class service all round.

I had a question about one of the cushions, and got a full and accurate response virtually by return - and that on a Sunday.

I would recomment Royal-Garden for their garden/patio furniture which is well made and their 'elegance' set is particularly comfortable to sit in, with or without the cushion set.
Little touches, like the inclusion of a small pot of the paint the set is finished with, in case of scratches etc. in use are a bonus.
What especially makes this company stand out has been a recent contact with customer services: My set is not new and I managed to damage a leg to the table a couple of years ago. Customer services were able to locate a replacement leg AND courier it from Germany and F.o.C.
Amazing! Will be looking to buy again sometime.
