Had a very pleasant experience with Clara planning a possible trip to Japan.. she was very helpful and knowledgeable and gave us several different options..
Due to unforeseen circumstances the trip will not be going ahead as planned, but hopefully we can revisit / replan in the future and I will be reaching out to Clara again to help us as the information we have will be very valuable..

The advisor Dexter was excellent. His communication was clear and professional throughout the planning process looking at hotels of our choice, flights and a perfect itinerary.
Dexter answered all my questions and was able to provide me with a detailed plan of a holiday to Japan.

I booked a holiday to Disney land through Royal Routes UK And Adam was the one who talked me through everything step by step got me a fabulous price was really helpful I was very happy with everything and can't wait for our trip.

I enquired for a quote for Disneyland Paris. The advisors name was Hazel who was brilliant. Nothing was a bother even through I keep changing the dates. Very good at responding to my messages. Unfortunately my circumstances changed so was unable to book, but it was a good price. Would definitely book with this company in the future.

I've just made my first booking with Royal Routes and have been very impressed with the service I received from Dexter. The ability to have a WhatsApp conversation is a huge benefit - everything is in writing, there's no misunderstanding, and you can go back and review what was recommended, and forward on messages to other passengers in our group. Dexter really took the time to find out about our group and made suggestions with our needs in mind. We are three generations travelling together and Dexter made thoughtful suggestions about locations and hotel options to ensure everything was suitable for the 11 year old and the 82 year old! Dexter also suggested adding South Korea into our itinerary, which not only gave us better and more cost effective flights, but also gives us that additional travel experience during our 14-day itinerary. I'd never heard of Royal Routes before but I've been extremely impressed and would definitely look to book with them again.

Very helpful and efficient, managed to get excatly what I was looking for, very polite and efficient. Sadly were not in a position to commit right now, however I will definitely use this service if our circumstances shall change.
