Very good experience with Simon, planned the tour perfectly

Very helpful and accommodating

I recently booked for 4 adults Japan Korea Bali with Simon, for June 27. I told Simon what i would like to do and he searched and got me an amazing deal. Was proffessional helpful informitive and my experience with booking with him and the compay has been great would recomend them.

Found a travel deal with them on Facebook. Reached out to them and they came back in a few hours. Dexter was very helpful in sorting out my package, finding amazing hotels, difficult flight connections and train tickets. A feee to trip to Mount Fuji is a massive bonus! Highly recommend using Royal Routes and Dexter

Adam has been absolutely brilliant throughout the whole booking process. He was incredibly patient, informative, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Every change I needed, he handled quickly and professionally, making the entire experience completely stress-free. Thanks to his support, I'm now even more excited for our family trip to Disneyland - it already feels like the magic has begun.

Unfortunately this time I couldn't book my holiday but when the times right I will be back to book and travel.

Just booked a 3 night Disneyland Paris stay with adviser called Clara. Clara was first class in every way, most helpful & patient. She answered all my questions quickly and kept me reassured and informed at all times. Thank-you Clara!

Clara was 10/10

Clara has been fantastic from start to finish in helping me plan my upcoming trip to Japan.
She was incredibly helpful, patient and knowledgeable.
She took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted from the trip before putting together an itinerary that worked perfectly for me.

We made a few changes along the way, including different destinations, hotels and travel arrangements and Clara was always happy to look into everything!
She never made me feel pressured and was always quick to respond to any questions I had.

I'd particularly like to thank Clara for going the extra mile to get the best possible package together while keeping everything within my budget.

Simon was very helpful and informative. He gave us a really good quote to Disneyland Paris and his responding time was amazing. I definitely recommend Royal Routes Uk.
