It's a good thing to have, especially as the company automatically send one to someone else who is in 'need.' the maybe 'downside' is that it is only usable? for 8 or 9 hours so you have to plan your day, though it's good to hear that it is vegan :) would be nice if you had a thing along the lines of "Had Children - size 2, Under 25 - size 1"

As I've not had kids but AM 37! I use size 1 solely for the fact that I have not had children.

There is a company called "organic" (or something like that) their cups are useable for 12 hours so I use that at bedtime and comes in a cardboard box. :)

This is my second Ruby cup, they’re my favourite. Only four stars because the untracked postage was soooo slooow. Not 9-12 business days. I ordered it on the 8-8-24 and received it on the 3-9-24. So some 18 business days. I haven’t even used it yet because it arrived after my period finished.

The silicone is ridged enough to pop into place and doesn't leak. I do wish there was a better stem like a loop. My grip is weak and hard to pull out withthe suction. I have to pinch really hard with my nail to pull it out enough to pinch the cup and release the suction. Also the bag that it comes with is ok.

I ordered from the US and one of my packages was lost in the mail. I completely a form and within a day Ruby Cup had another package in the mail for me. EXCELLENT customer service! Their products are also top quality. This is the only menstrual cup I have been able to actually use.

I have used other cups in the past none compare to the Ruby Cup! The Ruby Cup is easy peasy to insert, doesn't leak and is easy to remove and clean. I am so excited to finally have a cup that I can rely on. I also love that I don't need to buy pads or tampons so it's much better for my body and the environment. Thank you!

these are super comfortable, but the lining comes unglued after a couple months even with being washed on cold and hung dry.

The Ruby Cup I recently purchased was to replace my old one. Before buying this cup, I tried "Hello" and "Toms" cups & both were utterly inferior. They don't fit or open up properly. I'm so glad I bought another Ruby Cup because it goes in easily & naturally "pops" itself open if I didn't do that properly on insertion.

The cup is such a life saver and helpful as it doesn’t produce plastic waste. The ruby clean makes it even more convenient because I can just put it in the microwave. Would 100% recommend.

First of all, I love the cup, it was so easy to use! I’ve used another cup before, and it was a very good one, but I must say Ruby was better (for me, at least). It’s a bit stiffer than the one I had, which made it easier to insert and more secure in place. No leaks with this cup! The customer service was nice, they responded promptly and offered to send another cup when I contacted them, asking about my parcel. On the downside, it took a lot of time to receive it and they sent the wrong colour, but that’s not the end of the world. Also, it was quite pricier than the other cup I had, but if it helps another girl in the world get her own cup, I’m all for it. Kudos on a job well done!

My ruby cup never arrived. The tracking information says it was returned to the retailer on 24/05. That was over a month ago and I've had no refund and no email to ask what the problem was or if I want it sent again. I suspect it's a problem with the chosen delivery company because this is the fourth item they have conveniently been unable to deliver to me. (I live in an apartment block with 12 doors to choose from if I'm not in, and I have twice been in when they said they tried. I do not believe they even come to my building. FYI never use Fast Way Couriers Ireland) But I'm very disappointed to have had no communication from Ruby since they received it back.

Love ruby cup I have been using them for over ten years now. It is my replacement but the old one still has no issues. I just figured I should replace it. I would never buy anything else.

I really like this cup, i've been using it in the last 3 years and I just bought a new one.
It was hard to choose the correct size when I bought the first one (I ended up buying both sizes). What I like is the fact that the silicone is not too soft so it holds its shape well even when I go climbing on the 2nd day. And the support team is nice. Highly recommended purchase

I thought about switching to a menstrual cup a year ago and after reading a blog post from Ruby, I finally bought one. Ruby does a great job educating about period cups—including how to insert it and take it out. I was worried I would have trouble with it, but the guidance Ruby provided was very helpful. They even have videos for visual learners like me.
I've been using my Ruby cup for a few months now, and I love that I don't have to use (and buy, and restock) tampons anymore. I also love that Ruby donates a cup to other people who don't have access to period products!
