I suffer with Endometriosis and have extremely heavy periods so I tried Ruby Cups Period Underwear. I absolutely love them!! They are leakproof and hold so much! Super comfortable as well!! Absolutely obsessed and will definitely buy more!!

Love the period underwear
I've been wanting to switch to period underwear for a while and these did NOT let me down. Super absorbent and great quality. They were also very comfortable (I have the idea in my head they would be like wearing a diaper but honestly they felt just like regular underwear).

Highly recommended menstrual panties

AMAZING PERIOD PANTS
AMAZING PERIOD PANTS! The fabric is comfortable but firm and the pad goes all the way around my body so I feel extra safe when wearing them. I wore about 4 for a 4 days period and i never leaked or stained anything. I’ve always been a pads person and I wanted to switch to sustainable alternatives. I tried a few but I never liked them all that much, but after Ruby I am never looking back. 100000% recommend.

Helped with a better night's sleep
I got the red pair, which I liked. I also think they are well made. I have a heavy flow and I am always worried about leaking in my sleep. I wore these at the start of my cycle when I’m heaviest. I was really surprised. No leaks in my sleep. I am really excited about these as they’ve made me feel so much better about my period.

After suffering from debilitating…
After suffering from debilitating cramps due to endometriosis for much of my life, I have always tried any new menstrual products, especially ones that are good for the environment as no one needs eco-guilt when already battling a relentless internal war. I have tried other period pants and they were ok. But just ok. I found them stiff, cutting into the crotch area, and the materials weren't soft; they also give you a terrible VPL. Then I read about Ruby Cup because of their menstrual cups and excellent sustainable credentials and saw that they were now doing period underwear, so thought I'd give it a go. I am very glad I did. These pants are SO COMFORTABLE you want to wear them when you are not even on your period. They look really nice, they are softer than a summer breeze, and they just made me feel so secure. Comfortable, cost effective & good for the World
Ruby Cup is a lot softer and more comfortable- especially as a petite person - than the other cups i've tried. Easy to clean with their little pop-out microwaveable pot and donates a cup to people who can't afford them. I actually feel guilty whenever I forget it and have to use a sanitary towel/tampon now, knowing how much waste it saves going out into landfill. Quick delivery and very cheap - especially comparing to previous sanitary products adding up each month. Great company.

This brand is perfect for me
I tried a Lily Cup before, and although I really wanted to be able to use reusable period products, it was not comfortable. I had trouble inserting it and could feel it once it was in. With the Ruby Cup, I got it in first try every time, and although taking it out is a learning curve, I can't feel it once it's in and it sits perfectly. I did note that there is a tiny hole in the base of the cup into the stem, probably to help break the seal, but this does mean I won't be able to wear the cup without a panty liner (not that I would anyway). Super comfy and super easy to use. I do wish I had bought the sanitizer, though.
