good so far
I received my cup at the end of my cycle so didn’t get to really experience it while bleeding! I liked the detailed and thoughtful instructions, helped a lot in guiding while using the cup! I found out that inserting was way easier than taking it out! I did panic that I won’t find it or able to pull it out! After putting it in, I was very conscious but was surprised that within minutes I forgot it was there and felt really natural! Felt sense of liberation that I don’t have to deal with blood , pads and smells! It just easy and clean!
I do feel doubtful about getting an infection or thrush from inserting it or my fingers that I feel apprehensive about!
I tried it once so far and nothing major Happened, I just felt a minor itch next day and burn while peeing’ then it was back to normal! I don’t know if that due to the cup or something else!
I will try it when my next cycle happen and get full experience!

Didn't work for me
I really wanted to like this product. I've been using a natural gum rubber (latex) cup since the early 2000s. For a replacement I wanted to try the Ruby cup as it holds a slightly larger volume which would be helpful after having 3 children and having changes to my cycle/flow. While I like how to company is involved in supporting projects in various countries, and the purchase/shipment process was easy, I did not find the cup ideal for me. I thought the texture of the stem would make it easy to pull out but because it's quite rigid, it's hard to grasp and pull. So I had great difficulties getting the cup out the 3 times I tried it. Might have worked better for me if the stem was slightly longer. The cup itself was comfortable. However all in all it just didn't work for me unfortunately. The return process was easy and I'm thankful they had that option!

I typically don't write reviews, but I have loved this product. Comparing this to my other cup, the quality of materials is a step above, and the best part is that it doesn't leak! Seriously a game changer. Not having to use a pot to sanitize the cup is also great. I love the drawstring bag it came in as well, it's not bright and loud, just simple and clean. Overall, I have really enjoyed my experience with Ruby Cup and this product. I will definitely be purchasing more in the future.

This is a great cup with soft material
This is a great cup and I love the fact that you can buy a package with both a small and medium size in it which is perfect for days when you have very different flows. I have lost a pixel of the small cup is perfect for me and I can barely feel that it’s inside, however I would say that the stem at the bottom of the cup is rather thick and steady compared to other brands I have used and therefore it just gets some getting used to or cutting.

Absolutely hate it. Both sizes are big and too hard. I got one for myself and one for my daughter. Both of us can feel it the entire time it's in. It's uncomfortable to the point of almost being painful.
