I ordered 2 Ruggable Rugs for placement in the kitchen. It’s a very high traffic area in a home with kids and pets. I can’t say enough good things about the durability and ease of cleaning these rugs! Stains easily vacuum, or wash out, and the rugs are absolutely beautiful.

Love my ruggable rugs!!!! They are top quality and clean up so nicely!!!! The extra cushion pad is so good, I’m deciding which one I’m getting next and i already have 5!!!!!!!

There was an issue with a purchase, their website had pricing wrong. When I received the product and requested a refund, they obliged, however their customer service was not very helpful. Mistakes happen, no big deal, however it's how the companys customer service was not interested in ensuring the refund and more directly, the associated billing was deactivated. 1/10 on customer service

I love Ruggables.. The separate backing keeps the rug from moving and sliding around and the top of the rug washes up beautifully and looks like new after washing.

Here is all you need to know…my whole house will soon have nothing but Ruggable rugs on my hard wood floors. Why? Because I pull one one out of the dryer put it down and one of my dogs immediately had diarrhea on it. She’s 16 and sometimes makes not so smart gastrointestinal choices in what she eats. I thought, oh no, the stain will never come out..threw it in wash, came out spotless fresh and clean. Ordered three more for my bedroom. Besides who doesn’t love a pretty rung

Ruggable is a game changer in our home. We never thought we could have rugs in our home due to the three wonderful dogs that live with us. Ruggable is so easy to wash and now we not only have rugs but thanks to the amazing design options, I feel like we have works of art on our floors. Just ordered two more this week. Thank you Ruggable! We are very happy customers.

So far, I’ve been very pleased with the two farmhouse rugs I’ve bought. I opted to go for the standard pad underneath as I didn’t feel there was a big difference between the standard and the more padded one, especially for the ~$200 price difference. I just ordered my third rug and am looking forward to it arriving. I’ve washed the rugs I currently have with no problems at all and the stain I had on one came right out.

I was so excited to receive my first Ruggable . The colours were exactly what I expected and the extra cushion was perfect for our kitchen runner !

I'm gradually replacing as many rugs as possible with Ruggable rugs (I'm up to six so far). The color and design of the Ruggables are so vibrant and eye-catching. I bought other "washable" rugs and they were terrible (felt cheap/looked cheap/worse after washing). After a two-week get-together with three adults and two dogs, my Ruggables were dirty and so tired. Popped them into the washer and voila, good as new! Plus, spills wipe up easily and my iRobot rolls over them just fine! Ruggables make my life just a little easier.

Love these rugs! They elevate the look of the space and appear to be great quality! I have ordered 5 to-date and love them!

Love my new patio rug. Had to order samples to determine color choice, but it's absolutely perfect for my covered patio. Customer service was very helpful in exchanging a rug that didn't work and the ability to order samples helped me avoid a second issue. My delivery was timely and it was very easy to place the pad and rug. I have recommended this to many of my friends.

I have 19 of these rugs… outdoor, front door mats, bath mats, runners, and round rugs. I love that you can wash them and have different rugs for the seasons. That said, my Navy outdoor rug is now purple and there’s no way I can roll it up everyday to keep it out of the elements. And one runner’s edges refuse to lay flat and is a trip hazard. The 10 ft runner in my kitchen travels each day so I’m forever moving it back in place. I was disappointed in the response I got from customer service about 2 of the issues, and I haven’t tried to speak to anyone about the color change in the outdoor rug as I already know what their answer will be…keep it out of the sun…I live in Texas!!

Do not buy from this company! The worst Customer Service experience ever! You cannot speak to a person and they do not respond to emails! Run to anywhere but here!

As an Interior Designer, I was sceptical at first but am quite impressed with these rugs. The ease of keeping them clean is superb!

I received the Kaden Amber Red Rug, the 2"x 3" doorway size this week. I bought the traditional thinkness and regular pad as our side door will be traveling over it. It's a lovely red and has cleaned up great after a few vacuums, much as I expected. This is my third Ruggable, and my second doorway entry rug, and am very pleased with the quality and how easy it is to throw it in the laundry after tracking in dirt and grim from the outdoors.

Just purchased my second ruggable. I have cats and being able to wash that first rug in my washer and dryer was just great. Replacing my living room rug with a ruggable now.

I’ve bought LOTS of Ruggable rugs…indoor, outdoor, mats, everything, and I love them! It always amazes me how well my white rug in our living room washes out after my family with 3 young kids destroys it! We also have the levity table and 6 chairs and it is also very impressive.

Well, to begin, the quality of the rugs is first rate. Also the customer service is absolutely amazing. Very rare now a day!!! I will always promote and order from this company!!!!😊

Easy to order. Ships fast. Love these rugs. We now have several. With five rescues (4 seniors), these rugs save me a lot of time (easy to wash and dry), and money (no professionals cleaning bills).

I just love these rugs! I just ordered my 6th one. I love how easy they are to take care of. I love how durable they are. We have one in our RV and it gets so abused and I just throw it in the washer and it looks like the day I bought it. If I had one complaint, it’s that once you get to a larger size rug it gets hard to get it on the pad without wrinkles. You have to work with it for a minute. Much easier with two people. Highly recommend these rugs!
