I own 4 ruggable rugs and just purchased two more. They wash up wonderfully and I would highly recommend them to all. I love them.

I ordered new rugs for our home that has an Open floor plan. 3 different sizes of the same pattern... (I thought)

The lines in the rug are different on the 3 X 5 has vertical lines and the 5X7 and 2X3 the lines are horizontal.

I was not aware that the rugs were different ... I thought I was ordering three of the same pattern just different sizes

When I contacted customer support they stated the rug were designed this way.

I'm based in Canada and recently bought a rug from them.

When the rug was delivered I immediately knew it was not the colour I was expecting. When looking to return I was told international customers are responsible for there own shipping (and they offer no refund for these costs).

I bough a 6x4 rug and the cost to ship back would be 50% of the rug costs! I'm sure they factored international shipping costs when selling me the rug. Surprised they're able to sell to Canadians without a fair return policy. From a customer experience perspective they should make this policy more evident at check out as well!

I have short term rentals. I LOVE these rugs because I can just throw them in the machine and then they come out ready to go! These are my go to rugs.

I will never go back to traditional rugs after using ruggable! My husband and I moved into our apartment, got our furniture and ordered a few rugs. A few days later we brought home our puppy and within minutes he went on the rug! I took it off, threw it in the wash, and within minutes of putting it back down. . he went again! That plus various accidents one expects with pets, this rug has more than proved its worth! All my rugs are now ruggable rugs! The ONLY downside for me, is because the toppers (at least the ones I have) are a bit thin, sometimes my vacuum snags. Not such a big deal.

I would leave a five star, but I need to reach someone with a problem I have. There is no phone # that I find, no email either. I'm trying to get into my account, says wrong PW, am I the only one that consistently has wrong PWs. : /
I purchased the 6' round rug. Absolutely LOVE it! Separately I purchased the pad. Love the pad, BUT; being pad is thicker than the rug and rug over laps pad about an inch or two, it looks crazy : ((
Plus it sets it up for someone to trip. I like the feel of the pad but I can't live with this curly look and accident to happen. How do I return the pad or is there a solution???

I can't get over my new rug. I bought one just to see if I liked it. Having 3 dogs and a busy family, my kitchen runner had been scrubbed so many times but even with a carpet cleaning machine, it wasn't getting clean. I got a Ruggable kitchen rug and loved the look. After a lot of cooking, visiting dogs and my dog making messes on it, I just washed it and it is perfectly CLEAN! It looks great and is clean! I love it! Just bought more rugs :)

I have to say buying these rugs online has been a pleasant experience, the process has been seamless, easy checkout and shipping has been excellent. Rugs are true to the image presented on their website and I really appreciate the spill rewards program it has saved me considerably, I’ve bought 5 to date hopefully time will tell if they hold up.

Ruggable is always trustworthy. They were also super responsive when I needed support.

They may seem expensive upfront, but in the long run are a great value.

Love, love, love these rugs. We have two dogs that (1) track mud in and (2) occasionally have unfortunate episodes that leave stains on the rug. We used to spend hours dealing with these issues, using stain remover and/or a clunky carpet cleaner. No more! We’ve replaced all of our area rugs with Ruggables and now just throw them in the washer. No kidding; Ruggables have made our lives better.

We bought a 9x12 Ruggable two years ago and at 4 diff occasions our 85 pd dog and my golden retriever has had the runs on this carpet and or has gotten sick.
I’ve literally washed this rug at the laundry mat 4 times after treating it with rug cleaner and it has come out beautifully!!
This has been the best investment I’ve ever made in an area rug.
I just bought three more outdoor ruggables. One for the screened in patio and two for by the pool. You won’t go wrong with buying from this company!!

Excellent product. I've purchased two rugs and a runner. With my dogs, this is a real game changer. Wash beautifully and colors ate robust!

I would leave 0 stars if I could. I placed about $1500 worth of rug orders in the course of about a week. Three rugs. A large 9x12, a 6’ round and a 5x7. They delivered a random runner that I didn’t order as the 9x12. It took almost two weeks to deliver the appropriate rug. The 5x7 was delivered with the binding coming unraveled. The only rug that was delivered properly was the 6’ round. When I contacted customer service for the first error, I tried email…twice. Neither email got a response, even though I waited over 24 hours each time. The chat was the only thing that worked. I was offered a measly 20% off coupon code for a rug error that was over $900. The coupon code DID NOT WORK! I was also told that the chat text would be sent to me via email. Which it was not. When the 5x7 rug was delivered damaged next, I was fuming. Knowing email would not work, I went straight to chat. I was told, AGAIN, that the chat would be sent to my email…again, it was not. I will acknowledge that Ruggable has immediately sent replacements for the lost 9x12 rug, and the damaged 5x7 rug. And because of all this inconvenience, has not made me send the others back (the random runner that I did not order, and the damaged 5x7 rug). I was not about to deal with the hassle of dragging large rug boxes to FedEx as well. We have a charity right on our street that I can donate to, which is much easier. Nonetheless, this has been not only a ridiculous experience, but the customer service is atrocious. No one responds to their 24-hour response emails (it’s been almost 2 weeks since my first message and no one has emailed me). No manager has reached out despite my asking for one. I was given a bogus discount code (and yes I copied it down correctly…someone else was in the room with me and double checked what I wrote down). This whole experience has made me decide to NEVER buy from Ruggable again. Which is a shame, because we move all the time, and are always in need of new and interesting rugs. They could have had a lifetime customer and they were always the first place I looked. I’m 100% done with them.

Customer service is excellent for exchanges and returns. Rugs have beautiful designs and feel of appropriate quality for their price & the additional benefit of being able to throw in the wash.

Tried ruggable, what I got wasn’t a rug but a very ugly towel on a large Velcro patch. Looks nothing like the picture, the corners curls up and reading other reviews that only gets worse. They want a $25 return fee for trying their Wierd towel thing that they try to pass off as a rug. There is no way they get the reviews their website shows unless they filter out all the bad and pay people to write good ones. It’s total crap and they want $25 for trying them.

I've had two Ruggables for several years now, a runner & a 5'x7' (matching). The print on the rugs have faded, but my main issue is washing them. I don't know where to go to clean a 5'x7' rug, but it definitely won't fit in my large capacity washer! Also, the dirt from my dogs (the reason I bought a washable rug), goes through to the bottom layer & that looks impossible to clean. I could spray down the small one, but I can't handle the large one by myself to throw over my fence & hose. Good idea, but not if you have high traffic or dogs. I wanted to buy a new top piece, but I'm sure the bottom is so dirty that it won't hold another Ruggable in place. It is now & has been an outdoor rug for nearly two years & I need to buy a new one. Not able to recommend this rug! :/

I have replaced ALL the rugs in home with Ruggables. One of the best decisions I ever made. From 2x3 size rugs to 9x12s all have made my life easier with their washability and enhance my decor with their beauty.

We have converted our entire home to Ruggable rugs! I have washed a 9 x 12 in my washer (I do have a large one) and dried it in the dryer. It came out great. No problems. We have two pugs. They make mistakes despite our valiant efforts. (Pugs can be very hard to housetrain). We highly recommend Ruggable rugs!

The rug is beautiful! I bought two different ones and am saving for a big one for the living room. I love the different rug pads and how the rug toppers stick to them ... amazing! I can't wait until I have to wash it to see how it turns out :)
