This was the first time using rushIMPRINT. They were one of the few suppliers that had the pen that my client requested. The delivery time was very tight, but they made it happen. I was a happy buyer, and my client was happy. That is all that matters.

I placed an order on Monday. I got notice my order was received but have not heard from rushIMPRINT since *Wednesday) so how can I icomplete a survey?

Service and printing was fast and friendly. They were patient with image edits, allowed me to rework and resubmit my image and continue to work with me until the product came out exactly as I imagined. Products even came sooner than expected.

I was in need of a very large order of blank water bottles & Danielle went above & beyond to make sure they are were in stock & could get shipped out in time to fill my order. She is amazing to work with & was able to get me a better discount then what was offered on line as well as a discount on shipping them as well. Will be using them again for sure

The representative I spoke with for our original order was SUPER helpful and accommodating. Unfortunately, once we got the order placed, I was notified a few days later that the products wouldn't be in stock in time for our needs. That was super frustrating. We wound up placing an order for a different product that could arrive in time. I was happy with the customer service, just really disappointed after spending hours researching and finally ordering that the item was not available. That should have been apparent when initially placing the order.

Updated to add: We have since ordered two more products from Rush Imprint, and they've been very responsive, with a fast turnaround. They'll be our first stop for future promotional items.

I was in a panic finding out the plans for my Sister's baby party favors fell through. I was honestly hesitant to order with such short time (June 3rd with party being on June 12th) but I crossed my fingers & hoped for the best. Expected delivery was June 11th (talk about nail biting) with still having to wait for a rough draft email I'd have to approve. I ordered the night of June 3rd, email for my approval was sent the NEXT MORNING (needed an update which did not take even 2 hours to complete) and I received the pens WEDNESDAY June 9th in perfect condition. I am completely satisfied & they were a big hit!
