I had ordered water bottles from another company who promised delivery prior to our celebration only to find out they could not deliver. I found rushIMPRINT online and they were wonderful!!! I did have to call to verify I would be getting the water bottles in time, and (I cant remember her name....maybe Sara?) was great! I received the water bottles early and they look amazing! Will definitely use this company again!!!

Timely, Precise, PERFECT.

The ordering process was smooth. I found exactly what I was looking for and was able to customize it exactly how I wanted it. I received the mock up of my design less than 24 hours from placing my order. The requested date that I wanted for shipment was going to cost me more than it would have if I waited until it's original ship date. I received an email and a phone call from a representative informing me of this and allowed me to choose how I wanted to move forward. They were very kind and very helpful. I will definitely be using RushImprint in the future.

Happy with the level of customer service received. Got an email within an hour of placing my order, letting me know that production is at capacity and they would not be able to get it out the door as quickly as expected... they wanted to confirm whether or not I still wanted to proceed with the order. Also received copy of my proof rather quickly. Seems like they have a pretty great team!

I was impressed with how fast the imprint mock up email and turn around was. It was missing a few things so when I emailed back saying what was missing, the reply email came back quick with apology's and a new designed followed right behind it. That's fast service!

I had a few issues with the website and going back to see the design and what was chosen for product in my cart. At that point I just started all over.

Falsely advertised product. I ordered 500 custom beach balls that are supposed that are labeled 16" in diameter on your website. I call customer service and they tell me they get this all the time, and the way I should be measuring is from axis to axis, but around the outside surface. The problem with this is there is a set definition for diameter, and what they were telling me to measure is half the circumference.

All this begs the following questions;
1. Is this intentional false advertising?
2. If unintentional, where did they fail to learn basic geometry terms?
3. If this happens all the time, why haven't they corrected their website listing?

In conclusion; never again.

The Product was temporarily out of stock but Danielle Treloar kept me in the loop and it arrived (very well packed) yesterday.

The products are affordable, great quality, & ship fast. We bought hand sanitizer and some of them were broken and spilled. The packaging used to ship needs to be more secure. Otherwise I would give a 5 star!

Left a message on getting a quote, the turnaround return voicemail was returned immediately. I sent an email for a quote and was sent information promptly. Next thing I know, my order is complete and shipped. Great responses and quick turnaround
