Very easy booking process and I had a lovely experience with Lucy. She was fabulous and organised and did a great job of my pedicure and spray tan!

Unprofessional business
Had a voucher so booked a massage, it was cancelled less than 24 hrs later and was sent a generic email with a new voucher valued at significantly less to rebook. Wouldn’t recommend this app at all

Booked a Swedish Massage with Danny, who arrived on time, was professional, attentive and made me feel completely relaxed. It was very firm and thorough, as requested. When he left the hotel room, I was feeling refreshed and stress-free. Highly recommended

I booked in for an express tan and it was amazing. This took a short amount of time and dried quickly, I did this 2 days before a wedding to allow it to settle and it came out perfectly. Would highly recommend

Great service and very convenient
I had a gel mani and pedi. Excellent experience. Easy to book and good availability at short notice. Service was professional and friendly and great job on nails. As a new mum this service is super convenient. I would recommend and I would use again.

I had a great experience using the Ruby app. It was incredibly easy to navigate, and finding and booking a massage was quick and straightforward. The whole process was seamless, from browsing available therapists to confirming my appointment.
Everything was clearly laid out, and I received all the information I needed, making the experience completely stress-free. The service I booked was exactly as expected, and I’ll definitely be using the app again. I highly recommend Ruby to anyone looking for a simple, reliable way to book wellness treatments.

Competent therapist and great availability and choice of treatments
Booking process is as per other similar platforms ( i.e: Urban) but i feel there is more choice of treatment.
I’ve used a very competent therapist for different treatments and she did not disappoint ! Pregnancy massage, reflexology and deep tissue massage!
Natasha is a gem!
I have to say the only downside is that Ruuby adds a booking fee on top of the displayed treatment price, which is different from what was done with Urban so it ends up slightly more expensive but as I’m very happy with treatment received so staying put for now. :)

My first spray tan but deffo not the last!! I got so many compliments, and it looked very natural. I also appreciated that even though the girl I had booked with couldn’t make it anymore, they were quick with finding an alternative. And Eleni was nothing short of amazing!!! xx
