Ich habe kurz vor Weihnachten meine Bestellung mit 2 Ketten erhalten. Da die eine Kette leider viel zu kurz ist, wollte ich diese retournieren. Laut Website soll man sich bzgl. Retouren per Mail an die Firma wenden. Habe mehrmals hingeschrieben und bis heute keine Antwort erhalten. Die 14 Tage Frist ist somit auch rum und wie es aussieht, bleibe ich auf den Kosten sitzen. ABZOCKE !!!!!!

Perfect service, perfect bracelet
I bought the Cuban Link skiver bracelet for my son just before Christmas. I was worried that it wouldn’t get through in time, but it did! And I received transport notions all the Way.
The bracelet is perfekt, just like the pictures.

Elendig kundeservice. Jeg modtog et guld armbånd som allerede ved modtagelsen havde steder hvor guldet var slidt af. Jeg kontaktede virksomheden for at bytte det, og de lovede at sende et nyt. Det lovede de for halvanden måned siden, og jeg har stadig ikke modtaget noget, og de har ikke svaret på mine henvendelser i 3 uger.
Kan ikke anbefale at købe noget herfra.

Ich habe versehentlich zwei Halsketten bestellt und versuchte sofort nach der Bestellung die zweite zu stornieren. Da bekam ich die Email, dass die Stornierung zwar nicht möglich wäre, aber ich könnte den zweiten Artikel zurücksenden, sobald ich ihn bekommen habe. Ich habe an dem selben Tag, indem ich die zweite Halskette bekommen habe, eine Email geschrieben und um ein QR-Code für die Rücksendung gebeten, da bekam ich die Email, dass die Frist für die Rücksendung abgelaufen sei. Das stimmte überhaupt nicht, da ich den Artikel erst drei Tage nach der Bestellung bekommen habe und eigentlich noch elf Tage Zeit hätte, um sie zurückzusenden. Ich fühle mich nicht nur deswegen verarscht, sondern die Qualität und die Verpackung, in der die Halskette zugesendet wurde entsprach überhaupt nicht der Beschreibung auf der Webseite. Ich würde sagen, sogar meine Fahrradkette hätte eine bessere Qualität als die Halskette, die ich bei RVNCHE bestellt habe.
