Simple, well-crafted necklace with great value for money
I bought the Cuban link Chain necklace 3mm for my husband as a Christmas gift this year because I wanted something simple that he would actually wear every day – and that’s exactly what it turned out to be. The packaging was quite basic, but the necklace itself feels comfortable and fits well. The necklace is well crafted, with neatly connected links and a solid, durable feel.
Up till now my husband hasn’t worn much jewelry, but he keeps reaching for this necklace. It suits his style without being too much. Ordering and delivery were smooth, and for us the value for money is absolutely right.

Die Kette war ein Weihnachtsgeschenk für meinen Mann. Wir waren super glücklich mit der Qualität der Kette. Leider war die Länge nicht ganz passend, weshalb wir um einen Umtausch gebeten haben. Der Service war unglaublich nett und hat uns auch die Zweite Kette zum Angebotspreis gegeben obwohl der Zeitraum bereits vorüber war. Insgesamt können wir die Schmuckstücke von „rvnche“ nur weiterempfehlen!

Schöne Halskette, guter Service…
Ich habe während einer Aktion eine Halskette bestellt bei der man eine zweite gleiche kostenlos dazu bekam. Das Päckchen kam in der angegebenen Zeit pünktlich an und ich bin mit der Qualität sehr zufrieden.
Die Kette soll ein Geschenk sein und ich denke dass die beschenkte Person sehr zufrieden sein wird. Mir hat sehr gefallen dass die Kette keine Verfärbungen haben soll die aufgrund von unterschiedlichem Wasser (Meer oder Pool) oder Schweiß entstehen können. So kann die Kette immer getragen werden.
Als es ein kleines Problem mit der Größe gab, war der Kundendienst sehr zuvorkommend und hat mir umgehend geholfen.

Betrug!
Auf keinen Fall dort bestellen! Die Ware ist für das Geld qualitativ schlecht und kann nicht zurück gegeben weren! Sie begründen dies damit, dass Ware im Sale nicht retourniert werden kann, allerdings ist dort immer ein angeblicher Sale! Mir wurde dann stattdessen ein Gutschein angeboten, den ich aber nie erhalten habe trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage! Die Ware hatte ich leider schon vorab zurück geschickt, irgendwann hieß es ich bekomme die Ware zumindest zurück, das ist aber ebenfalls nie passiert. Reine Abzocke, bestellt dort nicht!!!

This site is a scam!! It says on their website that is 1-4 days delivery.
I have now waited 21 days and I still havn’t recived anything.
Have contaced them 2 times. Both times they tell me they Will investigate into it but then they just stop to answear.
Do not trust them!!

The order came on time
The order came on time, and everything came exactly as described on the website.
I did have an issue with the size of one of their bracelets, since I got it in a size too small. I contacted them and they immediately responded to my email, with a solution on the spot. Very good customer service and company overall. Would definitely recommend :)

The cross pendant gold from Rvnche…
The pendant cross chain from Rvnche exceeded my expectations. The design is clean, the shine holds up, and the piece has a solid feel without being too heavy. It looks premium when worn and works with both casual and dressier outfits. Definitely worth the price.

Jeg har købt en lækker halskæde med stort sølvkors. Virkelig flot og god kvalitet. Handlen gik nemt og der har været konstant informationer om, hvor langt i processen min bestilling og forsendelse var. Jeg kan klart anbefale at handle her og jeg vil gøre det igen.

Bestellten 2 Ketten. Kam nur eine im Plastikbeutel/Karton an.
Auf Anfrage hiess es sollte den Karton kontrollieren welcher völlig in Ordnung war. Es wurde also nur die Hälfte Versendet. Weitere Emails blieben unbeantwortet. 50$ hätten wir auch direkt in den Müll werfen können.
Mit selbem Ergebnis. Dazu die minderwertige Qualität. Kann und Rate nur jedem davon ab hier zu Bestellen. Fehler können passieren aber nicht auf Kosten der zahlenden Kundschaft. Absolutes NO GO!
Ein Fünftel Bewertet mit einem Stern und Negativ. Das ist also reines Glücksspiel hier zufrieden als Kunde sein zu können.
Der Kundensupport ist das letzte was ich je erlebt hab.
Update: Ein Dreck wurde erreicht. 50,- verloren, nix passiert. Lasst die Finger davon!
