I’ve ordered from RVNCHE twice now, and both experiences were fantastic. The quality of their products is impressive, and I wear them every day. I highly recommend their products at such great prices. It won’t be the last time to order from RVNCHE.

I never got my order... I paid 72 EUR for a necklace that was advertised to be delivered within 3 days, and it has now been a month. I have asked multiple times for a refund or even just a tracking number, and initially, I would receive emails stating that the necklace was on its way with no further information, but it never arrived. My last email, which clearly requested a refund two weeks ago, has been completely ignored.

Oszuści i kłamcy. Odesłałem z powrotem przedmiot, a pieniędzy nigdy nie zobaczyłem na koncie. Dramat

Zeer goede kwaliteit van de ketting, ook de levering was zeer snel, 2 dagen later had ik het al.
Het was mooi verpakt en geen gebreken.

Please do not buy here this is a drop shipping scam!
I ordered a chain as a present at November 5 2025. But I never received the package. Nor did I ever received a tracking postal number. It was NEVER send....In the Shopify app it still says 'in preparation'

If you contact these scammers you only get AUTOMATED replies from an AI bot called 'Sophie"
I emailed them (this autoreply machine) at least 12 times also to try out if it was fake. I ONLY got fake responses. Also it is NOT possible to CANCEL your order OR Get your money back. I try to solve the matter in a respectful way. But now I am forced to write this review. I lost my 75 Euro's...but you must not loose your money too! What you will get is every day marketing mails, but not your order or a answer/orderstatus...it is a SCAM!

Also most of the good reviews are FAKE! check them out..all the same type/written reviews by fake accounts!

Une commande faite le 4 novembre sois disent 2 jours ouvrable et toujours pas reçu a cette date du 28 novembre. Ils ne veulent pas me rembourser car je n'est pas reçu le colis et c'est bien ce que je leurs reproche d'ailleurs.... Une arnaque
