I was very happy with the service provided by Cox the Saddler. Communication was good, my order was processed and shipped quickly, and my Barbour jacket arrived without issue in Canada. Big fan of the shop as I can order Barbour products at a much lower cost than buying from a local retailer.

Phenomenal customer service. I had ordered a jacket in early September, but the imposition of US tariffs caused a snag in the shipment timeline as the Cox team worked to figure out shipments to the States. Sara stayed in regular contact with me, giving updates and answering my questions.

Se state cercando un prodotto Barbour consiglio sicuramente COX, sia per la disponibilità del servizio sia per il costo dei prodotti, sicuramente tra i più concorrenziali. Suggerisco ai venditori, anche a scelta del cliente con sovrapprezzo, di integrare la possibilità di spedire con vettori alternativi a Royal Mail (DHL FEDEX e ALTRI). Nel mio caso RM, affidandosi a POSTE ITALIANE, mi ha allungato i tempi di consegna con un mese di dogana. Comunque COX merita 5 stelle in quanto il disservizio di POSTE non è colpa loro, e la gestione della vendita è stata veloce ed intuitiva.

Esperienza di acquisto perfetta! Hanno risposto rapidamente alle mie domande chiarendomi ogni dubbio, e sono stati rapidi, efficienti e amichevoli nella gestione dell'acquisto e della spedizione.
Per quanto l'acquisto in UK comporti nel post-brexit delle spese di sdoganamento, la differenza nel prezzo dei prodotti le compensa abbondantemente. Ho acquistato della cera per la manutenzione dei miei prodotti Barbour, e anche considerati costi di spedizione, dogana, cambio valuta, ho comunque speso meno di quanto non avrei fatto su Amazon Italia.
