Barbour Bedale - brilliant shopping experience.
Recently purchased a Barbour Bedale and the experience was top-notch. I was unsure about the correct size of the jacket for me. Sara from the outlet was extremely helpful in understanding the measurements, fit and the right size.
The delivery and shipping was splendid and I received my jacket on the very next day.
Extremely happy with the purchase and will recommend for great prices on Barbour products :)

You just don't come across many companies like this anymore. The prompt, friendly service along with the attention to detail on sizing/fit were unlike anything I've experienced in quite some time. Purchased a Barbour Beaufort which was too large. The company quickly exchanged it for a smaller one. Customer service was first rate and their communication was excellent.
I highly recommend this company.

Order a Barbour Beaufort at my usual size. It was far too big.
Sara was first class organising an exchange by return of post.
