Very poor experience. I ordered a few items for a birthday gift. A few days passed, and no update on the shipment. I contacted them, and they said in your confirmation email, we said the shipment would be on 22 Feb (the order was on 15th). Obviously, if it takes 7 days to send a product, you have to clearly say that before payment, not in the receipt. Anyway, 22 February has passed and still not updated. The order was finally received after a month. However,
Out of 4 bracelets, one doesn't lock properly, and after a few times falling from my wrist, I lost it. Two had black clasps, and both started to loosen their coat in 2-3 weeks. The 4th was supposedly stainless steel, and after 4 months, and without taking it to the shower, or wetting, it rusted. So I spent around $200, it took 1 month to get the product and another 1.5 months to throw them into the bin.

I ordered five bracelets that were all very well made and great looking. Was impressed with the quality.

Unfortunately I ordered a size too small and had great communications with Samos Customer Service who quickly agreed to send my replacement products for a reasonable shipping fee.

I had an issue with sizing and they were very quick to respond and took care of me immediately. The product itself is high quality and very well made.

I have worn some of the rope bracelets from Samos now for a few years. I never take them off and am a very active person. Not only do they look good, the bracelets have stood up exceptionally to the pool, ocean, gym and everyday life. I only recently had an issue with one of the magnets and contacted Samos for advice on how best to proceed. The customer service and outcome have been outstanding, and it truly makes me feel valued as a customer. It also is a testament and assurance that the quality and standards of their items is backed by the team and what they advertise them to be. I am a very satisfied customer.

Ten days ago placed order. Still not received! Poor show. Never again👎🏻

I recently ordered four bracelets from Samos and they arrived very quickly. I noticed that two of them were a little short and tight so I contacted Julia in customer support and she has been amazing. Quick replies to emails and a perfect resolution for the replacement of the two bracelets. Incredibly helpful, polite and efficient. Five star service, thanks Julia and Samos team!

Awesome bracelets and even better customer service. When I received the bracelets, they were a bit small (I stink at measuring my wrist apparently). I reached out to the team at Samos and they responded right away and are shipping me larger sizes free of charge. All I have to pay for is shipping. Super helpful, super friendly. Would highly recommend!

I ordered three bracelets. They arrived well packaged in a beautiful presentation. Quality is good as well. Unfortunately 2 were too small. The people of Samos were very helpfull to replace these.

I purchased 4 bracelets around 4 months ago and the experience in ordering and receiving them was excellent. I was lept informed during the whole process.

Unfortunately, one of the bracelets broke last week, I informed Julia, and there were no questions, just the offer to replace it, but with me having to pay for the postage, which was a reasonable request.

I was invoiced and sent the payment ysterday and I was notified the replacement was shipped today.

I cannot express how happy I am with the responses I have received from Julia, you can tell they have their customers top of mind and, importantly for them, really look after their brand.

What a fantastic caring company this is. I ordered a bracelet from them but got the size wrong..when I contact them about the problem they immediately offered to send me the correct size for the price of postage plus I was told to keep the original. All through the return process they were attentive and professional. Can't recommend them enough. Give them a go. You won't be disappointed. 👍

The quality of the products and the designs are amazing, I love them. I will definitely keep on shopping for more. I also had a situation with one of the bracelets and customer services was outstanding, they responded and helped me resolve. A true customer centric company.

Love the bracelets. Was just looking for something simple but cool and I love these! Also, had an issue with one of my orders and they were awesome to work with and helped fix the issue right away.

I ordered a wrist band for my husband but rushed the process and missed the size options. I ended up with a really small one. I emailed the company and they were quick to respond allowing me to get a replacement item of the correct size with me paying for the postage. All communication was clear and quick. The item itself is of good quality and as it looks online.

All of the positive reviews are fake and paid for. You can see some of the reviews still showing the template that this brand sends because people are not intelligent.
