Saunders & Smalls Car Seats  Opiniões

We have just bought our second car seat from Saunders & Smalls and could not be happier with the service ☺️ we’ve had a BeCool Foldy for travel and an Avionaut Maxspace Airflow for everyday.
I initially found Charlene and her business through Facebook after having a terrible customer service experience with a car seat showroom local to us (we’re in west of Scotland) and searching for alternative sellers. I’m so glad I did. Extremely prompt dispatch and delivery, and always happy to answer any questions and give remote fitting support and recommendations personalised to our needs which has been so beneficial ☺️ (also extremely nice to have recommendations to actually suit your child and what will work best for them rather than just pushing the most expensive seat available which we have experienced elsewhere ☺️)
I can’t recommend enough ☺️

Excellent customer service. Answered all my questions very quickly. There’s a level of reassurance as well that only good quality seats and accessories (with the highest of safety ratings) are sold on the website. Would definitely recommend and will come back for next car seat.

Really early impressed with prompt service and delivery of our chosen Britax car seat. Price was competitive and in stock which was not the case for other stores we checked. We shall certainly recommend to others - a really good experience.

Excellent service throughout the whole process of choosing a seat all the way through to receiving, installing and help with fit checks whilst adjusting to my children’s new seats. There was a bit of a wait for stock after ordering out of Charlene’s control but I was kept updated and as soon as she received them they were shipped out to me straight away. It is also very reassuring to know that Charlene is happy to support me if I need any help regarding the seats. Thank you for everything Charlene, I’m so happy with my purchases to keep my children safe and rear facing for as long as possible.

Amazing service throughout, honestly can’t recommend and thank Charlene enough!!

Started with virtual advice based on little ones age and weight. We needed a 2nd car seat that was more compact as it needed to fit in a Nissan Juke. Unfortunately, the original seat I chose didn’t quite suit my daughter. Charlene provided constant Facebook support and also calls to work through some options. We then decided an in person appointment would be better and the service was 10/10. We tried out 3 or so seats in my car, and turns out the seat I was going to get wasn’t quite compatible with my car! We ended up leaving the appointment with a safe car seat that Charlene fitted. She also very kindly ran through some fitting options on our Joie seat as well.

It just shows the importance of picking a company who will provide one to one support and is truly knowledgable about car seats!

Thank you so much again

10/10!! Absolutely fantastic service, and rapid delivery! Received the car seat next day and it's perfect 🤩 can not recommend enough! Thank you 🫶

Charlene was amazing! Came out to us the same day with a great selection of car seats to try. Nothing was too much trouble and we found the perfect seat! She even had it there in the van for us to have straight away and she installed it for us. We were shown how to get it in and out safely and how to make sure everything is properly fitted. Really can’t recommend Saunders & Smalls enough xxx

Used Saunders and Smalls after seeing good things about them. Nothing was too much trouble offering different seats and ideas to use in our car. After sales service fantastic too

Extremely knowledgeable and helpful lady. Would highly recommend. Thank you very much xx

Amazing service right from before baby was born, helping choose the right car seat for our car, fitting it for me ready for her arrival and making sure I felt confident to do the same, to kindly reassuring me about the fit in the seat as she grew, to organising super swift delivery for its replacement when it was outgrown. I don't think we'll need to go anywhere else for car seats, and having someone trusted to advise on how to keep our children rear facing and as safe as possible for as long as possible is invaluable. Thank you so much 💓

Me and my partner both purchased a new seat for our toddler from Charlene. They were sent out very quickly and her communication was great. After I installed them I sent pictures over and Charlene checked that I'd installed them correctly. The whole experience with Saunders and Smalls has been extremely positive and I would recommend them to anyone. The sale and after care are next level! Thank you and we'll be back soon to purchase a new seat when our baby outgrows her infant carrier.

We've just bought our second car seat from Charlene and we've only ever had a positive and reassuring experience. Her knowledge and expertise are incredible, which makes you feel comfortable and confident in using the seat for your little one. We would 100% recommend her and are definitely going back in the future! Thank you

Wow, just wow. I won’t ever go anywhere else. I am simply amazed at Charlene’s care, kindness and helpfulness!! She is currently recovering from surgery and still went above and beyond continuously for me and gave superb recommendation, customer service and aftercare. I’m local so I was able to collect my car seat a mere few hours after purchasing, she helped with installation and a fit check too!! Overall, recommended a beautiful, extremely safe and easy to fit car seat with amazing after care. Faultless, easy and professional transaction. 10/10!!

After a (thankfully minor) bump from behind on the motorway, all our car seats needed replacing! Charlene once again was absolutely fabulous in her support and advice, and installing all the seats once again securely into my car. The children are all very happy and comfortable with their new seats! I cannot recommend Charlene enough as our local car seat safety expert. ERF for the win! Thank you again Charlene!

Would absolutely recommend. So helpful & quick to reply. Lovely lady. Sent very quickly too.

My experience with Saunders and Small was exceptional.

We purchased tiny seats 2 just as it arrived in the UK.

We are happy with the product and the simplicity of it.

Thank you for your kind support during the process of deciding Charlene.

We have now bought 4 car seats in total from Charlene and the aftercare had been absolutely incredible! She replies y minutes regardless of the time of day that I have messaged her for support. I genuinely can't recommend her enough - and I got one of my friends to purchase a seat from her too, and of course she was so happy with the aftercare she received too.For sure will only purchase car seats from her in the future and recommend her to anyone that asks!

I ordered a Kneeguardkids footrest for my son from Charlene ahead of an upcoming family holiday (my son's first time forward-facing, and a long drive across the country!). When Charlene realised her upcoming order from the supplier wouldn't arrive in time for our holiday, she arranged to have the item sent from another retailer so that we wouldn't have to go without. This was hugely helpful and I am really grateful to her for the effort she went to with this. Thank you, Charlene!

messaged charlene asking for help for a car seat for my Nissan qashqai and kia sorento for my 14 month old.
Charlene sent me the options thay would be most suitable (ERF as requested) so I could research them prior to my visit. I booked an appointment online and visited today. Charlene was so accommodating when my daughter was being a little.. uncooperative 🤣 we trialled the besafe stretch which we were 99% sure we were going to choose, the fit was perfect. Charlene not only made sure my baby was safe but we also had enough clearance in the passenger seat to sit safely also!

I would highly recommend Charlene for anyone looking for a car seat for their child. Very knowledgeable and patient and happy to go above and beyond to help you out.

I have one very happy daughter and one happy mummy knowing she's super safe ❤️

Thankyou so much xoxo

Couldn't recommend this lady enough! Knowledgeable, polite and responds to queries super quickly
