Amazing customer service
Charlene is amazing. So knowledgeable and patient. She spent a whole morning with my husband and I showing us two of the car seats that she recommended based on our needs (safe and long lasting car seat and 6ft 2 driver). She made sure we were comfortable fitting our chosen seat ourselves. Would definitely recommended to anyone looking for a car seat.

Amazing customer service!
I ordered the Avionaut Pixel Pro 2.0C on Friday night and it arrived today! Such and amazing service, everytime I have asked a question it has been responded to promptly. Charlene has gone above and beyond to find out information for me.
This is our 2nd child and compared to our first car seat it just looks and feels amazing! When the delivery driver dropped it off I picked up the box and it felt empty it is that light! If you have the budget I would highly recommend this seat just from looks and feel. It comes in such a variety of colours too! I will be back for a ERF seat and HBB. The support from myself will be ongoing for many years to come!
If you want superior support and service then I would highly recommend Saunders & Smalls Car Seats!
Always shop small!
Thank you again so much

Excellent experience, thanks so much!
We had a great experience purchasing a car seat from Saunders & Smalls! I am a member of the Extended Rear Facing group on Facebook which Charlene is a member of the admin for and I’ve previously seen her giving out friendly and knowledgeable advice to others on this and so was keen to shop small and visit her for our car seat. We were able to try multiple car seats in our car to get the right seat for us. The colour we wanted wasn’t in stock so we ordered from Charlene’s website and it has arrived in a few days. Would really recommend Charlene to others - thanks so much!

A huge thank you to Charlene for being…
A huge thank you to Charlene for being so patient with us and trying so many seats in our car and van, to get the perfect fit for our boys.
We now have 2 Britax Maxway Plus’ fitted in the back of our Vauxhall crew cab. With an additional Britax Maxway Plus and Avionant Sky in our Audi A4 with plenty of legroom for the children and us in the front.
We definitely wouldn’t have got such a secure and safe fit without your help.
Im so relieved now both boys have got safe car seats in both our vehicles, fitted by a pro that will last years!
Highly recommend you to everyone 🥰

Hi Charmaine thank you for your lovely words. I’m sorry I defaced your box with graffiti to say “child car seat please take care” over and over, to ensure it got their safely, it’s my way of making sure they read it and look after them. I get paranoid about shipping the seats out so always try to make sure they get there in good condition. Thankfully it’s worked so far!! Should you need me for anything else at all, you know I’m just a message away.
Thanks again!

Will 100% be coming back!
could not recommend Charlene more! she has been so helpful during the process of getting 2 seats. one was for my disabled child, she was happy to work with my child's OT to make sure we get the best fit possible for her.
the other was a high backed booster for our eldest. Will 100% be coming back for when my youngest is out of her infant carrier. thank you so much again!

Charlene has made the whole process of finding the perfect car seat for my youngest daughter, ordering and then talking through installation an absolute breeze. She has been incredibly helpful, approachable and accommodating through every step. Absolutely amazing service
Absolutely amazing service from Charlene. So knowledgeable on car seats and the way children should fit into them. From start to finish she’s been absolutely amazing and even with the delivery issues this close to Christmas I still received my seat in a week which I was happy to wait longer given the time of year but Charlene changed company to the usual delivery one she used just so I could get it before Christmas. Highly recommend. 10/10 xx
