I was contacted by Tiean in sales, within 30mins of submitting my enquiry. She was brilliant and took me through the whole process right up to handover of my new car a week later. It makes such a difference having a single point of contact.

Met with Baylee who was extremely helpful and patient with all of our questions regarding our purchase of an X5. Nothing too much trouble for him. Handover with Andy a little lumpy due to some banking issues but all sorted finally (despite a further sum of money taken from the account in error the following day. This was quickly resolved)

Battery was flat before test drive, suspect it had been flat for some time. Closing salesperson kept trying to sell me pointless extras. Details of Free warranty has not been sent to me. Battery permanently damaged from being left flat.being sent upselling advertisement spam emails all the time about more pointless insurances.

Good team, they answers all of our questions and the car was well priced for us! It was in good condition and they did a full valet service for us FOC

I would never use this company again. I would not trust them. After putting down a holding fee to view a car I was told it was fully refundable if the sale did not go ahead, as it says in their advertising. The sale did not go ahead. The company did not have the vehicle ready for viewing in the agreed timescale, which should have set off alarm bells and was not my fault, but after a month they still have not returned my fee of £299. Sales Manager will not speak to me. I have spoken to different Sales people who seem to want to dismiss me as I did not buy one of their vehicles. I went to Saxtons as their web site states they are professional and care for all who use their services and ensure a good experience. This is certainly not what I encountered.

The whole process from the initial contact, from the walk in through the door meeting Baylee and being guided through the process was a breeze, very helpful and no pressure, one of the best car purchase experiences I have had. Would thoroughly recommend.

"I have since been contacted by Saxtons asking me to take down my review and offering no resolution or compromise to the issues I've raised.
They also flagged my review as defamatory and requested Trust Pilot to take it down however Trust Pilot found in my favour.

ORIGINAL REVIEW:
Be cautious of cheap Chinese tyres they use. I will have to replace these immediately as I don't think it's safe to drive an Suv of this weight on sub standard tyres. Also the key blade from one of the fobs is missing and I have since been told by Saxtons that I will have to contact Lexus directly.

Hidden charges: Was charged over £1000 + vat because my finance supplied by another broker.

Give the impression of a prestige car dealer like Motorclass or Acklam but are very Ryanairish in their hidden costs.
A sales supervisor talks like he's working on the door of a rough nite club.He is very aggressive. (I've been asked by Saxtons to redact his name)

The staff at Saxtons were great.Andy who helped us through the process was very knowledgeable.We had a time frame of getting out of the showroom and I took exactly 2.5 hours to drive away with our new car.

Way too easy ! Saw it Wed Eve, collected it Friday. Couldn’t be happier.

Absolutely amazing experience.. start to finish. Tom, Jenna both were amazing and couldn’t believe buying car including part exchange was quicker then going into weekly grocery shopping.. highly recommend Saxtons to everyone who are thinking of buying a good quality car!!

Helpful guys and smooth process purchasing a Car , online emails need some attention as got email about the car saying I purchased it before I had ! Just saying

The buying process was really smooth. Luke and Mo were a pleasure to deal with; Luke made sure that the purchase process was all in order, while Mo was good company on the test drive and made sure I was happy with everything on the vehicle.
The vehicle was in top notch condition when I arrived, ready to drive away.
Just watch out for the £299 ‘admin fee’ that is slapped on every purchase. I couldn’t see it mentioned on the advert.
