Scents smell good and when it works it works great. But getting it to work is the hard part. It only do a few cycles befor claiming its empty.

Best Fragrant Decision I've Made!!
The purchasing and shipping was sufficient and timely. The scents are simply amazing and my home smells warm, florally, engaging, and refreshing. I've ditched all other air fresheners and plug-in fragrances. I have the Mini Diffuser for my bedroom and the Diffuser Pro 2 in my living area. I started to use this product as soon…
I started to use this product as soon as it arrived. I bought one for downstairs and 1 for the second floor. Two starter kits. I have 6 animals. 2 large dogs and 4 cats. It’s so nice to walk into my office after a long day at work and smell the wonderful scents. I love this product and highly recommend it!!

I ordered in late July
I ordered in late July, but never received my two plug in diffusers. Since they were listed as “preorders”, I waited. Then I noticed on FB they were listed as back in stock. I tried emailing twice and putting comments on FB. Finally I got a number and called. The lady ejo answers was nice and helpful. She told me my items were stuck with UPS since 8/05/26, and she got it corrected. The diffusers work well, but I am not impressed by the lack of customer support in following up on orders that were sent but not delivered for over two months. There needs to be a better system for this,
