Oil erdered and delivered within 48 hours. You can't beat that for service. On a down side spent 15 minutes arguing with a computer while trying to order oil. Sooner you go back to a human that answer... Ver mais

Terrible automated telephone service
Terrible automated telephone service.
Order made on 26 February for 600 litres of heating oil for guaranteed delivery 4 March -didn’t arrive. Numerous calls to different agents on 7 and 9 March eventually said delivery would be on Tuesday, 10 March, but that didn’t happen and when I chased the office Ì was told the tanker had broken down and had to return to the depot! Promised to deliver the following day but that never arrived either and instead just received an email late afternoon from the depot apologising for the non-delivery and saying they would be in touch to arrange a new date!
I spent a lot of time the next day, Thursday, and told delivery would be on Friday. Mercifully the delivery was made early that morning.
But I had had a very stressful week and wasted an enormous amount of time chasing your office and speaking to at least six or seven agents about the overdue delivery. (Ì do have to say all your agents were courteous but obviously let down by the depot not getting back to them when they were trying to chase up my order.)

Was a while coming due to the panic buying, but even after 2 weeks wait we were only charged the price on the day we had ordered it.

Ordering the oil was easy
Ordering the oil was easy and I have now set up a payment plan to spread the cost through the year.
My reason for not giving a full 5 stars that the delivery date was given for 2 weeks but it was actually longer than that which was inconvenient and a caused some anxiety. This was before any trouble in the Middle East

Rapid price rise
First delivery after another supplier was bought over. Unfortunately it co-incided with the start of the US-Iran conflict. I felt the huge price increase was just a little quick off the mark that has tainted Certas from the outset for me.

The lady who took my order was very helpful and made me feel more than just a customer even though she said she was extremely busy due to the crisis in Iran. Your delivery again was excellent and although not being able to tell me the capacity of my tank was able to advise on future orders
