Been with SF for over 10 years
Been with SF for over 10 years. Mostly good service. Previously able to price match but not so in the previous requests. Reason given, a volatile market. I would have thought that a volatile market would be the perfect time to price match. Profit over service? I have a balance of £140 and the most recent statement states my DD will increase from £100 pm to £340 pm. What? Seriously considering paying the balance and going elsewhere.

Generally very good but my cost was…
Generally very good but my cost was double my last order. I waa told it was because of the war in Iran but surely there are stocks piles and not all oil came from the strait of Hormuz.

Painful price but excellent customer service
Excellent clear friendly service from the person on the telephone. Fast delivery. The price was a bit eye watering, although that was the fault of President Trump not Scottish Fuels and it was £70 cheaper than the rival quote

Always let me know when my delivery is…
Always let me know when my delivery is due, then let me know what day it's coming & the driver sends me a text to let me know how far away he is so I know exactly what time he will get here. The driver is always very friendly & helpful and he just gets on with filling the tank nice & quickly, very tidy & clean job!

In view of the world oil shortage due to global global conflicts, I was pleased to have my order despatched as quickly as it was and pleased that I now have enough kerosene for at least the rest of 2026. Thank you.

I only got half of my delivery and it…
I only got half of my delivery and it took 4 days to get an explanation. The lid to my tank was taken off and thrown behind my tank. I didn't get an explanation as to why that happened.
